【摘要】：設計制作了9個膠合木梁柱螺栓節(jié)點試件,其中7個螺栓節(jié)點采用自攻螺釘進行增強。進行了單調和低周反復加載試驗,研究膠合木梁柱螺栓節(jié)點采用自攻螺釘增強后的受力性能。試驗研究表明,膠合木梁柱螺栓節(jié)點易產生木材撕裂破壞,采用自攻螺釘增強后的節(jié)點由于自攻螺釘咬合力作用,有效抑制了木材紋理的開裂;當螺栓邊距、端距小于GB/T50708—2012《膠合木結構技術規(guī)范》限值時,節(jié)點試件的承載力及延性仍有明顯提高,其中,螺栓直徑20 mm的節(jié)點試件承載力最大提高了112%,螺栓直徑14 mm的節(jié)點試件承載力提高了81%。
[Abstract]:Nine Liang Zhu bolt joints of glued wood were designed and manufactured, of which 7 bolts were reinforced by self tapping screws. The mechanical properties of glued Liang Zhu bolt joints reinforced by self-tapping screws were studied by repeated loading tests with monotone and low cycle. The experimental results show that Liang Zhu bolt joints of glued wood are prone to lumber tearing, and the joints reinforced by self-tapping screws can effectively suppress the cracking of wood texture due to the bite force of self-tapping screws. When the end distance is less than the limit of GB / T50708-2012, the bearing capacity and ductility of the joints are still improved obviously. The bearing capacity of the joint specimen with the diameter of 20 mm is increased by 112mm, and the bearing capacity of the specimen with the diameter of the bolt is increased by 81mm.
