熱源塔換熱性能研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:能源是社會發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),但隨著能耗的增加,能源問題也開始暴露出來。人們一方面開始節(jié)約能源的消耗,另一方面發(fā)展新興技術(shù)來代替原有能源消耗大的技術(shù)問題。目前,暖通空調(diào)的節(jié)能研究已成為一個重要的課題。結(jié)合我國長江以南區(qū)域的氣候特點(diǎn),新型換熱設(shè)備一熱源塔的研究也發(fā)展起來。本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域常見的幾種冷熱源方案與熱源塔進(jìn)行對比,并簡單介紹了熱源塔與冷卻塔之間的不同之處,對熱源塔及其系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了綜合闡述。通過對熱源塔進(jìn)行分類,重點(diǎn)以熱源塔中的開式橫流熱源塔為例介紹了塔內(nèi)的熱質(zhì)交換原理及冬夏兩季塔內(nèi)的空氣變化狀態(tài)。通過國內(nèi)學(xué)者在熱源塔及國外其相關(guān)方面的研究,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用對熱源塔及其系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)對研究的熱源塔有一定的認(rèn)知。熱源塔作為由冷卻塔改造而來的產(chǎn)物,在一定程度上與冷卻塔有相似之處,故本文在借鑒冷卻塔換熱性能研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以某廠家的方形開式橫流熱源塔作為研究對象,利用FLUENT軟件中的DPM模型對開式橫流熱源塔內(nèi)冬夏兩季換熱過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。通過計(jì)算,獲得了熱源塔塔內(nèi)空氣速度分布圖、空氣溫度分布圖、壓力分布圖、密度分布圖以及塔內(nèi)水/溶液溫度分布圖。采用定風(fēng)量與定溶液量兩種方式,對比分析得到了冬季工況下熱源塔氣液比優(yōu)值。基于廠家的進(jìn)行的熱源塔性能測試實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理計(jì)算,得到了冬季工況下的熱源塔氣液比實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)值,并將實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的氣液比優(yōu)值與模擬結(jié)果相驗(yàn)證,其兩者誤差較小。最后,本文以某醫(yī)院綜合病房大樓冷凍機(jī)房改造工程為案例,分析熱源塔在其改造工程中的設(shè)計(jì)選型方案及冬夏兩個季節(jié)下熱源塔系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過程,為熱源塔工程應(yīng)用提供了有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Energy is the foundation of social development, but with the increase of energy consumption, energy problems are also exposed. On the one hand, people are beginning to save energy consumption, on the other hand, to develop new technology to replace the original energy consumption technology. At present, the energy saving research of HVAC has become an important subject. The climate characteristics of the region and the research of a new heat exchanger, a heat source tower, are also developed. In this paper, several common cold and heat source schemes in the field of HVAC system are compared with the heat source tower, and the difference between the heat source tower and the cooling tower is briefly introduced, and the heat source tower and its system are expounded comprehensively. The principle of heat and mass exchange in the tower and the air change in the two Pagoda in the winter and summer are introduced with emphasis on the principle of the heat and mass exchange in the tower and the state of the air in the summer and summer. As the product of the cooling tower, the heat source tower is similar to the cooling tower to some extent. Therefore, on the basis of the study of the heat transfer performance of the cooling tower, this paper takes a square open crossflow heat source tower as the research object, and uses the DPM model in the FLUENT software to heat the two season heat exchange in the open crossflow heat source tower in winter and summer. Through the calculation, the air velocity distribution map of the tower tower, the air temperature distribution map, the pressure distribution map, the density distribution map and the temperature distribution diagram of the water / solution in the tower are obtained. The gas and liquid ratio of the heat source tower under the winter season condition is compared and analyzed with two ways of the fixed air volume and the fixed solution quantity. The experimental data of the performance test of the heat source tower are arranged and calculated, and the experimental numerical value of the gas and liquid ratio of the heat source tower under the winter condition is obtained, and the results of the gas and liquid ratio obtained by the experiment are verified by the simulation results. Finally, the paper takes the reconstruction project of the cold freeze machine room of a Hospital Comprehensive Ward Building as a case, and analyzes the heat source tower in its case. The design and selection scheme in the reconstruction project and the operation process of the heat source tower system in the two seasons in winter and summer provide valuable reference for the application of the heat source tower.
