【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)是城市極具歷史內(nèi)涵和價(jià)值的重要區(qū)域,對(duì)其進(jìn)行保護(hù)與更新具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。青島中山路區(qū)域保護(hù)更新改造總體規(guī)劃通過構(gòu)建"一軸一帶"核心步行空間體系、打造由"一軸、兩縱、三橫、六區(qū)、五節(jié)點(diǎn)"組成的規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)整和恢復(fù)中山路區(qū)域的土地使用性質(zhì)、對(duì)歷史街區(qū)文化進(jìn)行修復(fù),以及構(gòu)建綠化系統(tǒng)、廣場(chǎng)系統(tǒng)、慢行系統(tǒng)和文化旅游系統(tǒng)等措施,打造青島的歷史文化特色街區(qū)和旅游休閑商業(yè)街區(qū),在恢復(fù)和增強(qiáng)城市記憶的同時(shí),使中山路區(qū)域重現(xiàn)繁榮。
[Abstract]:Historical district is an important region with historical connotation and value. It is of great practical significance to protect and renew it. Qingdao Zhongshan Road area Protection Renewal and Reconstruction General Planning through the construction of "one axis area" core walking space system, to create a "one axis, two vertical, three horizontal, six districts, five nodes" planning structure, To adjust and restore the nature of land use in Zhongshan Road region, to restore the culture of historical blocks, and to construct greening systems, plaza systems, slow moving systems and cultural tourism systems, etc. In order to restore and strengthen the memory of the city, the district of Zhongshan Road will be prosperous while building the historic and cultural district of Qingdao and the commercial district of tourism and leisure.
