綠色施工技術(shù)在實(shí)際工程中的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,全國(guó)各地大興建設(shè),包括房屋建筑工程,橋梁,高速公路等等。由于市場(chǎng)需求迫切,以及國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要,越來(lái)越多的資金投入到基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中來(lái),目前全國(guó)各地隨處可見(jiàn)建設(shè)工地。由于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)是資源消耗量非常大的行業(yè),且很多人缺乏保護(hù)環(huán)境,節(jié)約能源的意識(shí),在施工過(guò)程中造成大量資源浪費(fèi),嚴(yán)重破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境,F(xiàn)在中國(guó)逐漸陷入發(fā)展和保護(hù)環(huán)境不能和諧共存這一矛盾中。越來(lái)越多的人考慮如何克服這一矛盾?發(fā)展和保護(hù)環(huán)境必須同時(shí)進(jìn)行。如是就有了“綠色施工”的產(chǎn)生。 所謂綠色施工技術(shù),核心目標(biāo)就是提高資源的利用率。首先要減少對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,做到高效、低耗和環(huán)保,同時(shí)保證工程質(zhì)量,安全、文明等達(dá)到最優(yōu)狀態(tài)。在實(shí)際施工中,其不是一項(xiàng)獨(dú)立的技術(shù),而是需要和傳統(tǒng)施工方法相結(jié)合,并重新評(píng)估及改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)工藝,做到可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要施工技術(shù)。 本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)深圳市勤誠(chéng)達(dá)和園一期B區(qū)工程綠色施工技術(shù)的實(shí)際實(shí)施情況的進(jìn)行討論與研究,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施的情況進(jìn)行宏觀的觀察、總結(jié)與分析,總結(jié)出一系列值得推廣的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出改進(jìn),最后通過(guò)總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外綠色施工技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及動(dòng)態(tài),提出以創(chuàng)新發(fā)展來(lái)豐富綠色施工技術(shù)的措施。 本文研究?jī)?nèi)容,旨在提高人們節(jié)能環(huán)保的意識(shí),提高能源利用效率,為其他基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目綠色施工綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction industry of our country has developed rapidly, including housing construction, bridges, highways and so on. Due to the urgent market demand and the needs of national economic development, more and more funds have been invested in infrastructure construction. At present, construction sites can be seen everywhere in the country. Because infrastructure construction is an industry with great resource consumption, and many people lack the consciousness of protecting environment and saving energy, it causes a great deal of waste of resources in the construction process and seriously damages the ecological environment. Now China is in the middle of the contradiction that development and environmental protection cannot coexist harmoniously. More and more people are considering how to overcome this contradiction. Development and environmental protection must go hand in hand. If so, there is a "green construction". The so-called green construction technology, the core goal is to improve the utilization ratio of resources. First of all, we must reduce the pollution to the environment. On this basis, to achieve high efficiency, low consumption and environmental protection, while ensuring engineering quality, safety, civilization and so on to achieve the optimal state. In the actual construction, it is not an independent technology, but an important construction technology which needs to be combined with the traditional construction method, and to reevaluate and improve the traditional technology to achieve sustainable development. This paper mainly discusses and studies the actual implementation of green construction technology of Qinshengda project in Shenzhen, summarizes and analyzes the situation of on-site implementation. This paper summarizes a series of experiences worth popularizing, and puts forward some improvements to the problems found. Finally, through summing up the present situation and trends of the green construction technology at home and abroad, the paper puts forward some measures to enrich the green construction technology by innovative development. The purpose of this paper is to improve the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection, to improve the efficiency of energy use, and to provide a reference for the construction of comprehensive evaluation system of green construction in other infrastructure projects.
