【摘要】：我市排水泵站數(shù)量多、分布廣,管理的方式以傳統(tǒng)人工為主。有效率較低、安全性差的缺點,已經(jīng)不能滿足城市發(fā)展的需要。隨著泵站管理要求的提高,信息化,科學(xué)化調(diào)度的需求迫切。近些年通過泵站技術(shù)改造,泵站的自動化水平已經(jīng)得到一定發(fā)展。但是與此同時在擴大應(yīng)用時遇到的問題與不足的地方也顯現(xiàn)出來,如泵站現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的控制與實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)測控制,建立自動監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)等方面,還有很多研究和提高的空間。首先本文通過對目前泵站運行及管理現(xiàn)狀的介紹,從項目背景、需求分析,項目選取址,試點工程的設(shè)計、計劃組織實施以及技術(shù)環(huán)境效益等幾方面完成了對排水泵站自動化控制系統(tǒng)項目的可行性分析。本文介紹了本項目所涉及的項目管理的基礎(chǔ)知識,分別從項目實施過程中的過程管理,及項目的計劃進度控制、溝通管理等方面論述了在排水泵站自動化控制系統(tǒng)項目中如何實現(xiàn)和控制項目的管理。分析研究了系統(tǒng)項目在實際應(yīng)用上的可行性及社會、經(jīng)濟及環(huán)境效益。最后通過實施前后現(xiàn)狀的對比,從項目的運營管理,技術(shù)水平、試運營期、社會效益、環(huán)境效益等方面完成了對本項目的后評價。
[Abstract]:Our city drainage pump station quantity is many, the distribution is wide, the management way is based on the traditional manual. The shortcomings of low efficiency and poor security have not been able to meet the needs of urban development. With the improvement of pump station management requirement, the demand of informationization and scientific dispatching is urgent. In recent years, through the technical transformation of pumping stations, the automation level of pumping stations has been developed to a certain extent. But at the same time, the problems and shortcomings in expanding the application also appear, such as the control of pumping station field equipment and the realization of remote monitoring control, the establishment of automatic monitoring system, there is a lot of room for research and improvement. First of all, this paper introduces the current operation and management of pumping station, from the project background, demand analysis, project selection site, the design of the pilot project. The feasibility analysis of the project of automatic control system of drainage pump station is completed in the aspects of plan organization and technical and environmental benefit. This paper introduces the basic knowledge of project management involved in this project, including the process management in the course of project implementation, and the control of project schedule. This paper discusses how to realize and control the project management in the project of automatic control system of drainage pump station. The feasibility and social, economic and environmental benefits of the system project are analyzed and studied. Finally, through the comparison of the present situation before and after implementation, the post-evaluation of the project is completed from the aspects of project operation management, technical level, trial operation period, social benefit, environmental benefit and so on.
