【摘要】：為了建立一個(gè)更公平、宜居的城市世界,本文提出六個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)美好城市的戰(zhàn)略:(1)學(xué)會(huì)生活在一個(gè)物質(zhì)資源有限的世界(有限度的世界)之中;(2)致力于發(fā)展生態(tài)可持續(xù)和韌性的城市;(3)優(yōu)先發(fā)展地方經(jīng)濟(jì),并著眼于滿(mǎn)足人的基本需求;(4)設(shè)計(jì)一種核算體系,將使用價(jià)值的生產(chǎn)與具有市場(chǎng)價(jià)值的商品和服務(wù)的生產(chǎn)視作同等重要,而使用價(jià)值的直接生產(chǎn)更有利于宜居城市的發(fā)展;(5)通過(guò)培育城市精神,培養(yǎng)多元文化,打造差異社區(qū)和保護(hù)市民組織來(lái)創(chuàng)建富有活力的城市;(6)重建公民道德,并將其作為地方自治的品牌亮點(diǎn),通過(guò)協(xié)商行動(dòng)致力于營(yíng)造富有活力的宜居城市空間。
[Abstract]:In order to build a fairer, livable urban world, This paper proposes six strategies for achieving a better city: (I) learning to live in a world with limited material resources (a limited world); (II) working towards the development of ecologically sustainable and resilient cities; and (III) giving priority to the development of local economies. And with a view to meeting basic human needs; (iv) designing an accounting system that considers the production of use value to be as important as the production of goods and services of market value, Direct production of use value is more conducive to the development of liveable cities; (5) by fostering the spirit of the city, cultivating multiculturalism, building different communities and protecting civic organizations to create vibrant cities; (6) rebuilding citizen morality, And take it as the brand bright spot of the local autonomy, through the negotiation action devotes to create the energetic livable city space.
