帶混合暗支撐的鋼筋混凝土雙室筒體力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:鋼筋混凝土核心筒因初始剛度大、承載力大、延性好、良好的空間和整體受力性能,是高層和超高層建筑的主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件,在實(shí)際工程中得到了非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。而帶混合暗支撐的鋼筋混凝土核心筒是在普通混凝土核心筒的一種新型改進(jìn)形式,通過(guò)在普通核心筒墻內(nèi)加入型鋼暗支撐以大幅度的提高核心筒的初始剛度、承載力、延性和變形性能,但目前對(duì)其的研究和應(yīng)用還不是很成熟,因此加強(qiáng)對(duì)帶混合暗支撐核心筒力學(xué)性能的研究既是發(fā)展高層及超高層建筑的需要,也具有十分重大的工程意義。目前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)核心筒的理論和試驗(yàn)研究主要是針對(duì)于單室筒體,而在實(shí)際工程中應(yīng)用非常普遍的長(zhǎng)方形雙室筒體的研究還比較少,針對(duì)于這一現(xiàn)狀本文的主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容為帶混合暗支撐雙室筒體相關(guān)的力學(xué)性能。剪力滯后效應(yīng)是鋼筋混凝土核心筒的一個(gè)非常重要的受力特征,剪力滯后效應(yīng)的存在使得核心筒的整體受力性能下降,材料的性能得不到充分的發(fā)揮,同時(shí)也使得截面的設(shè)計(jì)偏于不安全。因而加強(qiáng)對(duì)核心筒剪力滯后效應(yīng)的研究是充分了解筒體受力性能,優(yōu)化高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的必然要求;谟(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和有限元研究領(lǐng)域飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景,本文運(yùn)用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)不同條件下的雙室筒體進(jìn)行了大量的數(shù)值模擬和參數(shù)分析。本論文以帶混合暗支撐雙室筒體、X形鋼筋暗支撐雙室筒體以及普通雙室筒體為主要的研究對(duì)象,著重研究了在不同構(gòu)造和荷載加載條件下核心筒的剪力滯后效應(yīng)、承載力、變形性能、剛度變化、抗震性能等力學(xué)性能,并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較和理論分析。本文完成的以下的主要內(nèi)容:(1)本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用ABAQUS有限元軟件模擬了有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?分析和討論了ABAQUS的建模方法、參數(shù)設(shè)置、材料本構(gòu)、單元類(lèi)型的選擇和網(wǎng)格類(lèi)型劃分的方法。通過(guò)模擬結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比及結(jié)果參數(shù)誤差原因的分析,有效的證明了運(yùn)用ABAQUS能夠比較準(zhǔn)確地模擬鋼筋混凝土核心的力學(xué)性能,并在有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上建立本文鋼筋混凝土的雙室筒體有限元模型。(2)對(duì)不同構(gòu)造條件和加載條件的鋼筋混凝土核心筒進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,通過(guò)提取各模型底部翼緣截面縱向應(yīng)變計(jì)算結(jié)果來(lái)對(duì)核心筒的剪力滯后效應(yīng)進(jìn)行研究。為了能夠使核心筒的建立滯后效應(yīng)進(jìn)行量化以對(duì)不同模型的剪力滯后效應(yīng)進(jìn)行比較,本文定義的“剪力滯值”為翼緣截面的最大縱向應(yīng)變與平均縱向應(yīng)變之差和平均縱向應(yīng)變的比值,并通過(guò)“剪力滯值”的大小來(lái)衡量核心筒翼緣縱向應(yīng)變的不均勻程度。本文主要研究了雙室筒體在水平荷載作用下,其剪力滯后效應(yīng)的表現(xiàn)形式及、分布特點(diǎn)以及變化規(guī)律,探討了核心筒的暗支撐形式、軸壓比、連梁跨高比、墻肢型鋼暗支撐構(gòu)造形式和數(shù)量以及連梁鋼板等因素對(duì)雙室筒體剪力滯后效應(yīng)的影響。(3)對(duì)比了不同構(gòu)造和加載條件下單室和雙室鋼筋混凝土核心筒的抗震性能。主要研究了帶混合暗支撐雙室筒體、X形鋼筋暗支撐雙室筒體以及普通雙室筒體在不同情況下的力-位移曲線、延性、抗震參數(shù)特征點(diǎn)及剛度退化曲線,以進(jìn)一步研究暗支撐形式、軸壓比、連梁跨高比、墻肢型鋼暗支撐構(gòu)造形式和數(shù)量、水平荷載加載方向及連梁鋼板等因素對(duì)核心筒抗震性能的影響,研究結(jié)果證明在雙室筒體中加入暗支撐特別是型鋼暗支撐能夠大幅度提高核心筒的整體受力性能和抗震性能。(4)本文重點(diǎn)研究了鋼筋混凝土單室筒體和雙室筒體剪力滯后效應(yīng)與抗震性能兩者之間的關(guān)系,其研究結(jié)果表明降低核心筒的剪力滯后效應(yīng)能夠改善核心筒的力學(xué)性能,提高核心筒的整體性和抗震性能。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete core tube, with large initial stiffness, large bearing capacity, good ductility, good spatial and overall mechanical properties, is the main anti lateral component of high-rise and super high rise buildings. It has been widely used in practical engineering, and the reinforced concrete core tube with mixed dark support is a new type of concrete core tube. In order to improve the initial stiffness, bearing capacity, ductility and deformability of the core barrel, the research and application of the core tube are not very mature at present. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the mechanical energy of the core tube with the mixed dark support, which is the need for the development of high rise and super high rise buildings. The theoretical and Experimental Research on the core tube in the academic circle is mainly aimed at the single chamber cylinder, and the research on the rectangular double chamber tube which is widely used in the actual engineering is still relatively few. The main research content in this paper is the correlation of the double chamber tube with mixed dark support. The shear lag effect is a very important stress characteristic of the reinforced concrete core tube. The existence of the shear lag effect reduces the overall stress performance of the core tube, the performance of the material can not be fully played, and the design of the cross section is unsafe. Therefore, the shear lag effect of the core tube is strengthened. The research is a necessary requirement to fully understand the force performance of the cylinder and optimize the design of the high-rise building structure. Based on the time background of the rapid development of the computer technology and the finite element research field, this paper uses the ABAQUS finite element software to carry out a large number of numerical simulation and parameter Analysis on the double chamber tube under different conditions. This paper is based on the mixed dark branch. The main research object is the double chamber barrel, the X shaped double chamber tube and the ordinary double chamber cylinder. The shear lag effect, the bearing capacity, the deformation performance, the stiffness change and the seismic performance of the core tube under different structure and load loading conditions are emphatically studied, and the results are compared and analyzed in theory. The following main contents are as follows: (1) this paper simulates the experimental model of relevant literature by using ABAQUS finite element software, analyzes and discusses ABAQUS modeling method, parameter setting, material constitutive, element type selection and grid type division method. It is proved that the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete core can be simulated accurately by using ABAQUS, and on the basis of relevant documents, the finite element model of double chamber tube in this paper is set up on the basis of relevant documents. (2) numerical simulation of the core tube of reinforced concrete with different structural conditions and loading conditions is carried out through the extraction of each model. The shear lag effect of the core barrel is studied by the longitudinal strain calculation results of the section of the bottom flange section. In order to quantify the lag effect of the establishment of the core tube to compare the shear lag effect of the different models, the "shear lag value" defined in this paper is the difference between the maximum longitudinal strain and the mean longitudinal strain of the flange section. The ratio of the average longitudinal strain and the size of the shear lag value are used to measure the uneven degree of the longitudinal strain of the flange of the core barrel. In this paper, the expressions of the shear lag effect, the distribution characteristics and the variation rules of the double chamber tube under horizontal load are mainly studied, and the dark support form and the axial compression ratio of the core barrel are discussed. The influence of the span height ratio of continuous beam, the form and quantity of the dark bracing structure of the wall limb steel and the continuous beam steel plate on the shear lag effect of the double chamber tube. (3) the seismic performance of the single chamber and double room reinforced concrete core barrel under different structures and loading conditions is compared. The main research is the double chamber tube with mixed dark support and a X shaped steel reinforced dark braced double chamber tube. The force displacement curve, the ductility, the seismic parameter characteristic point and the stiffness degradation curve of the ordinary double chamber tube under different conditions are used to further study the influence of the dark support form, the axial pressure ratio, the span height ratio of the continuous beam, the form and quantity of the dark bracing structure of the wall limb steel, the influence of the horizontal load loading square and the continuous beam steel plate on the seismic performance of the core tube. The results show that the addition of dark support to the double chamber tube, especially the steel dark support, can greatly improve the overall mechanical performance and seismic performance of the core tube. (4) this paper focuses on the relationship between the shear lag effect and the seismic performance of the reinforced concrete single chamber tube and the double chamber tube, and the results show that the core is reduced to the core. The shear lag effect of the tube can improve the mechanical properties of the core tube and improve the integrity and seismic performance of the core tube.
