遠大小天城樓蓋人致振動舒適度實測及研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著輕質(zhì)和高強材料的應(yīng)用、結(jié)構(gòu)分析和設(shè)計技術(shù)的進步、施工技術(shù)的發(fā)展,結(jié)構(gòu)形式向著大跨度、柔體系、低阻尼方向發(fā)展,樓蓋的豎向自振頻率變得越來越低,質(zhì)量和阻尼越來越小。在人的正;顒酉,樓蓋的振動反應(yīng)增大,當(dāng)樓蓋振動達到一定程度時,會給使用者帶來煩惱和不適,甚至造成恐慌,影響建筑的正常使用功能。社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高使得人們對生活品質(zhì)的要求越來越高,相應(yīng)的,對樓蓋的振動舒適度要求也越來越高,倘若建筑建成后才發(fā)現(xiàn)樓蓋的舒適度存在問題,事后修補技術(shù)難度大而且費用高。因此,進行樓蓋設(shè)計時,不僅要滿足強度和變形的要求,還應(yīng)充分考慮舒適度問題。隨著建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,世界發(fā)達國家都將建筑部件工業(yè)化預(yù)制和裝配化施工作為建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的一個方向。裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑符合國家綠色建筑、建筑工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,近幾年來得到了大力發(fā)展。預(yù)制裝配式集成樓蓋作為一種新型樓蓋,具有模數(shù)化設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、功能高度集成化、施工速度快和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟效益好等優(yōu)點,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。由于該新型樓蓋采用了輕質(zhì)高強材料和新的施工技術(shù),樓蓋的整體性和剛度下降,產(chǎn)生舒適度問題的可能性增大,因此,開展對該新型樓蓋舒適度的研究工作是十分必要的。本文以遠大小天城為工程背景,對預(yù)制裝配式集成樓蓋進行了人致振動舒適度研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)介紹了國內(nèi)外樓蓋振動舒適度研究的歷史和現(xiàn)狀,指出了目前還存在的問題;從人行激勵力理論、強迫振動理論和舒適度評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三個方面介紹了樓板人致振動舒適度理論,為新型預(yù)制裝配式集成樓蓋舒適度分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。(2)對遠大小天城中庭樓蓋進行了現(xiàn)場人致振動舒適度試驗,得到了樓蓋的動力特性和樓蓋在人行荷載作用下的豎向振動響應(yīng),分析了荷載類型、荷載頻率、行進路線及人群規(guī)模對樓蓋豎向振動的影響規(guī)律。(3)利用SAP 2000有限元軟件,采用行走路線法和定點激勵法兩種不同加載方式對遠大小天城中庭樓蓋豎向振動進行了有限元模擬,將模擬得到的計算值對試驗值進行了對比分析,進一步研究了荷載頻率和主板間連接件對樓蓋豎向振動動力響應(yīng)的影響。(4)結(jié)合《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ3-2010)和美國AISC規(guī)范,確定了本文的舒適度評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對遠大小天城中庭樓蓋進行了樓蓋舒適度評價。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the application of lightweight and high-strength materials, the progress of structural analysis and design technology, the development of construction technology, the development of structural form towards the direction of long span, flexible system and low damping, the vertical natural vibration frequency of floor becomes lower and lower. The mass and damping are getting smaller and smaller. Under the normal human activity, the vibration response of the floor increases. When the vibration of the floor reaches a certain level, it will bring trouble and discomfort to the users, even cause panic, and affect the normal function of the building. With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people's demands on quality of life are higher and higher. Accordingly, the requirement of vibration comfort of floor is also higher and higher. If the problem of comfort of floor is discovered after the building is built, Repair after the technical difficulty and high cost. Therefore, the floor design should not only meet the requirements of strength and deformation, but also fully consider the comfort. With the development of construction industrialization, the industrialized prefabrication and assembly construction of building parts are regarded as a direction of construction industry in developed countries. The prefabricated steel structure building accords with the national green building and the industrialization development strategy of the building, and has been greatly developed in recent years. As a new type of floor, prefabricated integrated floor has the advantages of modular design, standardization of production, highly integrated function, fast construction speed and good technical and economic benefits. Because the new floor adopts light weight and high strength material and new construction technology, the integrity and rigidity of floor are decreased, and the possibility of producing comfort degree problem is increased. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the research on the comfort degree of the new floor. In this paper, the man-made vibration comfort of prefabricated integrated floor is studied under the engineering background of the far-sized Tiancheng City. The main contents are as follows: (1) the history and present situation of the research on the vibration comfort of the floor at home and abroad are introduced. The problems existing at present are pointed out, and the theory of floor man induced vibration comfort is introduced from three aspects: the theory of human excitation force, the theory of forced vibration and the evaluation standard of comfort degree. It lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the comfort degree of the new prefabricated integrated floor. (2) the human induced vibration comfort test is carried out on the atrium floor of the far-sized celestial city. The dynamic characteristics of the floor and the vertical vibration response of the floor under the action of pedestrian load are obtained. The influence of load type, load frequency, travel route and crowd size on the vertical vibration of the floor is analyzed. (3) the finite element software SAP 2000 is used. In this paper, the vertical vibration of the atrium floor is simulated by two different loading methods: the walking route method and the fixed-point excitation method. The calculated results are compared with the experimental values, and the finite element method is used to simulate the vertical vibration of the atrium floor. The influence of load frequency and connections between main plates on the vertical vibration dynamic response of floor is further studied. (4) combined with the Technical Specification for concrete structures of High-rise Building (JGJ3-2010) and AISC Code of USA, the evaluation criteria for comfort degree of this paper are determined. The comfort degree of the atrium floor is evaluated.
