渭北平原地區(qū)典型獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前中國(guó)農(nóng)村住宅正面臨兩難的境地,一方面新農(nóng)村建設(shè)進(jìn)程中,很多村鎮(zhèn)在新建和規(guī)劃過程中,相關(guān)建設(shè)部門為了完成上級(jí)政府部門下派的任務(wù),并沒有適當(dāng)?shù)目紤]地域特色、綠色建筑因素以及當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民對(duì)住宅的根本訴求,另一方面隨著現(xiàn)代人生活水平的逐步提高,農(nóng)民對(duì)居住舒適度方面的要求也有所提高,但是現(xiàn)階段的部分農(nóng)村住宅建筑不能很好的滿足農(nóng)民對(duì)室內(nèi)熱舒適的需求,甚至背棄了傳統(tǒng)住宅一些優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)做法。本次調(diào)研的獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑主要位于關(guān)中地區(qū)東北部渭北平原(澄城縣杜卓村),這一地區(qū)人口密集,新農(nóng)村建設(shè)如火如荼,窯洞建筑十分典型具有一定的代表性,通過調(diào)研,掌握該地區(qū)現(xiàn)階段獨(dú)立式窯洞所存在的問題,分析和優(yōu)化這一地區(qū)獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑的室內(nèi)物理環(huán)境,以期為這一地區(qū)農(nóng)村住宅建設(shè)提供參考和依據(jù)。第一,從該地區(qū)當(dāng)前的氣候條件入手,運(yùn)用節(jié)能軟件Ecotect附帶的氣候分析工具Weather Tool進(jìn)行氣象數(shù)據(jù)分析,總結(jié)對(duì)該地區(qū)有針對(duì)性的“被動(dòng)式節(jié)能技術(shù)”,進(jìn)而再對(duì)可能采取的技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行比較分析。第二,研究進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,通過對(duì)該地區(qū)若干具有代表性的獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察,提出當(dāng)前該地區(qū)獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑在建筑形制、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)、建筑構(gòu)造、新能源利用等多方面的建議措施。通過對(duì)渭北平原當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦膯柧碚{(diào)研,知悉當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裨谑覂?nèi)熱、濕環(huán)境等方面的主觀感受評(píng)價(jià),切實(shí)掌握該地獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑的室內(nèi)熱舒適狀況。第三,進(jìn)行獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑室內(nèi)光環(huán)境研究,對(duì)其室內(nèi)光環(huán)境質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,從對(duì)窯洞進(jìn)深、立面合理化設(shè)計(jì)等方面,對(duì)獨(dú)立式窯洞室內(nèi)光環(huán)境進(jìn)行模擬分析,提出有助于改善獨(dú)立式窯洞室內(nèi)光環(huán)境質(zhì)量的方案。第四,進(jìn)行獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑室內(nèi)熱濕環(huán)境研究,通過儀器測(cè)量,記錄數(shù)據(jù)的方式,掌握當(dāng)?shù)鬲?dú)立式窯洞建筑的室內(nèi)熱濕環(huán)境狀況;總結(jié)獨(dú)立式窯洞的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并針對(duì)其室內(nèi)熱濕環(huán)境問題提出解決方案。第五,回顧研究過程中涉及到的方方面面,對(duì)渭北平原地區(qū)現(xiàn)有窯洞存在的不足提出建議,設(shè)計(jì)新型的獨(dú)立式窯洞構(gòu)造與院落戶型,建立新型獨(dú)立式窯洞的形態(tài)模型。最終希望本研究?jī)?nèi)容對(duì)今后該地區(qū)獨(dú)立式窯洞建筑的建設(shè)具有參考價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)性意義。
[Abstract]:At present, rural housing in China is facing a dilemma. On the one hand, in the process of building new villages and towns, in the process of building and planning many villages and towns, the relevant construction departments are in order to complete the tasks assigned by higher government departments. Without proper consideration of regional characteristics, green building factors and local farmers' basic demands for housing, on the other hand, with the gradual improvement of modern people's living standards, farmers' requirements for living comfort have also been raised. But at this stage, some rural residential buildings can not meet the needs of farmers for indoor thermal comfort, and even abandoned some excellent traditional methods of traditional housing. The independent cave buildings in this study are mainly located in the Weibei Plain (Chengcheng County, Duzhuo Village) in the northeast of Guanzhong region. This area is densely populated and the new rural construction is in full swing. The cave building is very typical and has a certain degree of representativeness. This paper analyzes and optimizes the indoor physical environment of the independent cave building in this area in order to provide reference and basis for the rural residential construction in this area. First, from the current climate conditions in the region, we use Weather tool, a climate analysis tool attached to the energy saving software Ecotect, to analyze meteorological data, and summarize the "passive energy-saving technologies" targeted at the region. Then the possible technical measures are compared and analyzed. Secondly, through the field investigation of some representative independent cave buildings in this area, the author points out that the present independent cave buildings in this area are in the form of architecture, enclosure structure and architectural structure. New energy use and other aspects of the proposed measures. Through the questionnaire investigation of local residents in Weibei Plain, we know the subjective feeling evaluation of local residents in indoor heat and wet environment, and grasp the indoor thermal comfort of the isolated cave buildings in this area. Thirdly, the indoor light environment of the independent cave building is studied, the indoor light environment quality is evaluated and analyzed, and the indoor light environment of the independent cave is simulated and analyzed from the aspects of cave depth, facade rationalization design and so on. This paper puts forward a scheme to improve the indoor light environment quality of independent cave. Fourthly, the indoor heat and moisture environment of the independent cave building is studied, and the indoor heat and moisture environment of the independent cave building is grasped by means of instrument measurement and data recording. The advantages and disadvantages of independent cave are summarized and the solutions to the indoor thermal and wet environment problems are put forward. Fifthly, review all aspects involved in the research process, put forward suggestions on the shortcomings of the existing caves in Weibei Plain, design a new type of independent cave structure and courtyard type, and establish a new type of independent cave shape model. Finally, it is hoped that this study will be of reference value and guidance significance for the construction of independent cave buildings in this area in the future.
