【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整以及城市化進(jìn)程的加速,以科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園以及總部辦公等形式出現(xiàn)的低密度辦公園區(qū)逐漸興起。低密度辦公園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特性決定了它的空間營(yíng)造以使用者的空間與場(chǎng)所體驗(yàn)為中心,隨著園區(qū)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,以往平面化的園區(qū)外部空間設(shè)計(jì)已逐漸無法滿足園區(qū)對(duì)空間多樣性與豐富性體驗(yàn)的需求。本文以低密度辦公園區(qū)外部空間的立體化設(shè)計(jì)作為研究對(duì)象,以園區(qū)立體化設(shè)計(jì)的主觀與客觀需求作為研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過對(duì)園區(qū)主體的特性研究,以及對(duì)南京地區(qū)低密度辦公園區(qū)的抽樣調(diào)研,分析現(xiàn)有園區(qū)外部空間建設(shè)中的不足與優(yōu)勢(shì),探討園區(qū)外部空間立體化設(shè)計(jì)手法,并結(jié)合南京海峽兩岸科技工業(yè)園PK073-08-04地塊的外部空間立體化設(shè)計(jì)作具體分析。本文采用案例搜集、實(shí)地調(diào)研等方法,對(duì)搜集結(jié)果與調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析與橫向比較,通過繪制表格、繪制簡(jiǎn)圖、模型分析等方式,總結(jié)歸納園區(qū)外部空間立體化設(shè)計(jì)方法。為今后的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)和進(jìn)一步的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of industrial structure and the acceleration of urbanization, low-density office parks in the form of science and technology industrial parks, creative industrial parks and headquarter offices are emerging gradually. The industrial characteristics of the low-density office park determine that its space construction is centered on the space and place experience of the users. With the development of the park construction, The previous planarization of the outer space design of the park has gradually failed to meet the needs of the park space diversity and richness experience. In this paper, the three-dimensional design of the outer space of the low-density office park is taken as the research object, and the subjective and objective requirements of the three-dimensional design of the park are taken as the starting point of the research, and the characteristics of the main body of the park are studied. As well as the sampling investigation of the low-density office park in Nanjing area, analyzes the deficiency and advantage in the construction of the outer space of the existing park, and probes into the three-dimensional design method of the outer space of the park. Combining with the three-dimensional design of the exterior space of PK073-08-04 area of Nanjing cross-strait science and technology industrial park, this paper makes a concrete analysis. In this paper, case collection, field investigation and other methods are used to analyze and compare the data between the collected results and the survey results. Through drawing tables, drawing schematic diagrams and model analysis, the paper summarizes the three-dimensional design methods of the outer space of the park. To provide reference for future related design and further research.
