【摘要】：素食餐廳是近年來逐漸興起的一種新的餐飲熱潮。人們投注越來越多的精力于自身身體的健康,所以在飲食上傾向于健康養(yǎng)生的素食。而伴隨著現(xiàn)代社會高速的發(fā)展,長期緊張的城市生活也同樣給人們帶來了強大的精神壓力。對素食的選擇除了能獲取天然純凈的均衡營養(yǎng),還能額外地體驗到擺脫了都市的喧囂和欲望的愉悅。表現(xiàn)出了一種回歸自然、回歸健康和保護地球生態(tài)環(huán)境的返璞歸真的文化理念�；趯λ厥持髁x者這樣的一種理解的前提下,素食餐廳的室內(nèi)設(shè)計也相應(yīng)的應(yīng)該偏向于一種“自然的、生態(tài)化”的設(shè)計定位。不僅需要在設(shè)計材料的選擇上確保其環(huán)保性,更需要在設(shè)計理念上傳承“回歸自然、返樸歸真”的素食文化理念。對自然界形態(tài)的仿生設(shè)計也就自然而然的成為一種最恰當?shù)姆绞絹肀憩F(xiàn)素食餐廳室內(nèi)設(shè)計的文化內(nèi)涵。形態(tài)仿生作為仿生設(shè)計中的一個方面,用于工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計中比較常見,較少應(yīng)用于室內(nèi)空間界面設(shè)計上的研究。本文通過對原廢棄售樓處的功能轉(zhuǎn)化,將其作為素食餐廳重新設(shè)計,結(jié)合形態(tài)仿生設(shè)計手法與素食餐廳的設(shè)計實踐,探討總結(jié)出一些基于形態(tài)仿生的室內(nèi)空間界面的造型方法,包括：仿生對象特征提取的方法、設(shè)計元素提取的方法、設(shè)計元素轉(zhuǎn)化為空間造型設(shè)計語言的方法、形態(tài)仿生設(shè)計造型的結(jié)構(gòu)施工方法等等。我希望這樣的方法能對室內(nèi)空間的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計和空間主題的表達提供有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Vegetarian restaurant is a new food craze in recent years. People invest more and more in their health, so they tend to eat a healthy vegetarian diet. With the rapid development of modern society, the long-term tense city life has also brought people a strong spiritual pressure. The choice of vegetarianism can not only obtain natural pure balanced nutrition, but also experience the joy of getting rid of the noise and desire of the city. It shows a cultural idea of returning to nature, health and protecting the ecological environment of the earth. Based on the understanding of vegetarians, the interior design of vegetarian restaurants should be inclined to a "natural, ecological" design orientation. It is necessary not only to ensure its environmental protection in the selection of design materials, but also to inherit the vegetarian culture idea of "returning to nature and returning to the truth" in the design concept. The bionic design of natural forms naturally becomes a most appropriate way to express the cultural connotation of vegetarian restaurant interior design. As an aspect of bionic design, morphological bionics is widely used in the design of industrial products, but it is seldom used in the research of interior space interface design. Based on the functional transformation of the old abandoned sales office, this paper redesigned it as a vegetarian restaurant, combined with the design practice of the form bionic design and the vegetarian restaurant, and discussed and summarized some modeling methods of the interior space interface based on the form bionics. It includes: the method of feature extraction of bionic object, the method of transforming design elements into space modeling design language, the structure construction method of form bionic design modeling and so on. I hope this method can provide useful inspiration to the innovative design of interior space and the expression of space theme.
