【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)作為農(nóng)業(yè)科技組裝集成基地、農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái)以及現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系的示范和技術(shù)推廣載體,是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要抓手。農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式的主要特征是上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)拓展、前后環(huán)節(jié)相鏈接及產(chǎn)銷緊密對(duì)接,并與第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合發(fā)展,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)提質(zhì)增效。廣西興業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)科技園基于農(nóng)業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理念,從園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建、功能布局及農(nóng)業(yè)支撐服務(wù)體系強(qiáng)化三方面提出規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)策略,以期促進(jìn)區(qū)域現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型提質(zhì)發(fā)展,推動(dòng)廣西農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Agricultural science and technology park as an integrated base of agricultural science and technology assembly, agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation platform and modern agricultural production system demonstration and technology extension carrier, is an important grasp of agricultural modernization. The main characteristics of agricultural full-industry chain model are the development of upstream and downstream industries, the link between the front and back links, the close connection between production and marketing, and the deep integration and development with the second, tertiary industry, to promote the upgrading of industry and to realize the improvement of agricultural quality and efficiency. Based on the concept of agricultural whole industry chain, Guangxi Xingye Agricultural Science and Technology Park puts forward planning and guiding strategies from three aspects: construction of industrial chain, functional layout and strengthening of agricultural support service system, in order to promote the development of regional modern agricultural transformation and quality. To promote the modernization of agriculture in Guangxi.
