中國(guó)模式的災(zāi)后重建:精英化的景觀(guān)改造實(shí)踐——以汶川地震災(zāi)后重建為例

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)汶川地震十幾個(gè)極重災(zāi)區(qū)重建景觀(guān)與社區(qū)災(zāi)后恢復(fù)情況的實(shí)地考察,認(rèn)為講求速度優(yōu)先的中國(guó)式的災(zāi)后重建是一次大規(guī)模的精英文化的實(shí)踐,其建筑空間體現(xiàn)的是國(guó)家意志和精英化的文化景觀(guān)。因本土文化在重建過(guò)程被淡化和邊緣化,導(dǎo)致局部地區(qū)出現(xiàn)新景觀(guān)與當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駥?shí)際需求相斥的現(xiàn)象,從而導(dǎo)致部分災(zāi)民在新社區(qū)的適應(yīng)情況不理想甚至導(dǎo)致景觀(guān)重新改造的情況。
[Abstract]:Through the field investigation of the reconstruction of landscape and community disaster recovery in more than ten extreme disaster areas of Wenchuan earthquake, it is believed that the reconstruction of Chinese style after disaster is a large-scale practice of elite culture, and its building space embodies the national will and elite cultural landscape. The local culture is desalinated in the process of reconstruction. And marginalization leads to the appearance of new landscapes in local areas and the actual needs of local residents, which leads to the poor adaptation of some of the victims in the new community and even the reconstruction of the landscape.
