潛孔鉆機(jī)鉆架隨機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型及可靠性分析

【摘要】:潛孔鉆機(jī)是煤炭、建材、化工及冶金輔助礦山等爆破炮孔使用的重要鉆進(jìn)設(shè)備之一,鉆機(jī)鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)運(yùn)行可靠性高低對(duì)生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。由于鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)在制造、安裝、運(yùn)行等環(huán)節(jié)存在著不可避免的隨機(jī)因素,傳統(tǒng)分析將動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)視為確定性的量,難以對(duì)某些結(jié)構(gòu)破壞問題給出合理解釋,因此對(duì)潛孔鉆機(jī)鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性受隨機(jī)因素影響敏感程度的研究十分必要。本文建立鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)隨機(jī)有限元模型,考慮鋼材彈性模量、激勵(lì)力的大小、激勵(lì)力頻率隨機(jī)參數(shù),對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)響應(yīng)及動(dòng)力可靠性指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)其進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)特性及動(dòng)力響應(yīng)分析,得到結(jié)構(gòu)隨機(jī)參數(shù)與激勵(lì)隨機(jī)參數(shù)單獨(dú)隨機(jī)下動(dòng)應(yīng)力均值及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的分布規(guī)律,分析在一階矩、二階矩意義下動(dòng)應(yīng)力均值及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差變異性隨參數(shù)變異系數(shù)變化規(guī)律。采用應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度可靠度計(jì)算模型,計(jì)算隨機(jī)參數(shù)下鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性指標(biāo)。通過定義相對(duì)變化率系數(shù),定量描述鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性指標(biāo)受隨機(jī)參數(shù)的影響靈敏程度。分析得出影響鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)量及可靠度靈敏的隨機(jī)參數(shù),為鉆架結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性設(shè)計(jì)及安全運(yùn)行提供重要理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:DTH drilling rig is one of the important drilling equipment used in coal, building materials, chemical and metallurgical mines. The reliability of drilling rig structure is of great significance to production. Because of the inevitable random factors in the manufacture, installation and operation of the drilling-frame structure, the traditional analysis regards the dynamic parameters as deterministic quantities, so it is difficult to give a reasonable explanation for some structural failure problems. Therefore, it is necessary to study the sensitivity of drilling frame reliability affected by random factors. In this paper, the stochastic finite element model of drill frame structure is established. Considering the elastic modulus of steel, the magnitude of excitation force and the random parameter of excitation force frequency, the influence law of structural dynamic response and dynamic reliability index is studied. By analyzing its dynamic characteristics and dynamic response, the distribution law of the mean and standard deviation of the dynamic stress under the random parameters of the structure and the random parameters of the excitation are obtained, and the distribution of the mean and the standard deviation of the dynamic stress in the first order moment are analyzed. The variation of dynamic stress mean and standard deviation with the coefficient of variation under the second moment. The reliability index of drill frame under random parameters is calculated by using the stress intensity reliability calculation model. By defining the relative rate of change coefficient, the sensitivity of the reliability index of drill frame structure affected by random parameters is quantitatively described. The random parameters which affect the dynamic response and reliability sensitivity of the drilling frame structure are obtained, which provide important theoretical guidance for the reliability design and safe operation of the drill frame structure.
