冷凍水流量和溫度對基于混合工質的雙溫冷水機組性能影響

【摘要】:為研究冷凍水流量與溫度變化對基于大滑移溫度非共沸工質雙溫冷水機組性能的影響規(guī)律,本文在大滑移溫度非共沸工質的雙溫冷水機組實驗臺進行了多組實驗研究。實驗分別研究了非共沸工質R32/R236fa在不同質量組分比例(0.4∶0.6,0.5∶0.5,0.6∶0.4)下,冷凍水流量由0.25 m~3/h增大到0.45 m~3/h,以及高溫冷凍水溫度變化時,冷水機組性能的變化情況。實驗結果表明,在冷卻水進出口溫度為32℃與37℃,高、低溫冷凍水溫度分別為7℃,16℃時,不同冷凍水流量下冷水機組的制冷效率(COP)最大為4.17,最小COP為3.27。此外,高溫冷凍水溫度變化對冷水機組COP存在明顯影響。實驗為大滑移溫度的雙溫冷水機組的應用提出了數(shù)據(jù)基礎。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of chilled water flow and temperature change on the performance of double-temperature chiller based on large slip temperature non-azeotropic refrigerant, a multi-group experiment was carried out on a double-temperature chiller with large slip temperature and non-azeotropic working fluid. The performance changes of chillers with non-azeotropic working fluid R32 / R236fa at different mass ratios of 0.4: 0.6: 0.5: 0.5: 0.6: 0.4) were studied.
