【摘要】：為了提高錨桿的承載力,采用小顆粒豆石混凝土替代水泥砂漿作為錨固劑,并在錨桿錨固段增加錨刺,進(jìn)行了錨桿承載力拉拔試驗,重點研究了異型錨桿承載力與錨刺層數(shù)、豆石混凝土強(qiáng)度、試塊尺寸之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:改變錨桿桿體結(jié)構(gòu)型式對提高其承載力效果顯著,單層錨刺錨桿承載力是光桿的1.2~1.7倍;在錨刺強(qiáng)度一定條件下異型錨桿承載力與豆石混凝土強(qiáng)度呈非線性關(guān)系,但隨著混凝土強(qiáng)度的增大承載力提升幅度越來越小;單層錨刺條件下,錨桿承載力隨著試塊尺寸增大而增大,說明錨刺強(qiáng)度一定時其承載力與混凝土厚度正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the bearing capacity of anchor rod, small particle concrete is used instead of cement mortar as anchoring agent, and the anchor spurs are increased in the anchoring section. The tensile test of anchor rod bearing capacity is carried out, and the bearing capacity and the number of bolting layers of special type anchor rod are studied emphatically. The relationship between the strength of beanstone concrete and the size of the specimen. The results show that the bearing capacity of monolayer anchor bolt is 1.21.7 times higher than that of bare bolt, and the bearing capacity of special-shaped anchor rod is nonlinear with the strength of pea stone concrete under the condition of fixed anchor strength, and the bearing capacity of monolayer anchor bolt is 1.2or 1.7 times higher than that of bare bolt. However, with the increase of concrete strength, the increasing range of bearing capacity is becoming smaller and smaller, and the bearing capacity of anchor rod increases with the size of the specimen under the condition of monolayer anchoring, which indicates that the bearing capacity of concrete is positively related to the thickness of concrete when the strength of anchor is constant.
