中小型土建類設(shè)計機構(gòu)BIM應(yīng)用實施框架研究

【摘要】:隨著我國建筑業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)作為建筑業(yè)的重要組成部分,近年來無論是從企業(yè)規(guī)模、業(yè)務(wù)范圍、人員架構(gòu)還是技術(shù)管理、信息化水平等方面都有所提高。但是隨著建筑技術(shù)的進步,設(shè)計理念的更新,建筑項目需要考慮諸如環(huán)境惡化、生態(tài)保護、綠色節(jié)能等問題,使用傳統(tǒng)的二維設(shè)計方式經(jīng)常會在難度系數(shù)大、造型復(fù)雜、環(huán)境性能要求高的項目上遇到困難。 建筑信息模型(BIM)的提出為設(shè)計機構(gòu)提供一個協(xié)同設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)共享的工作平臺,能夠提高設(shè)計的效率和質(zhì)量,它的出現(xiàn)為整個建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)的信息化發(fā)展帶來了新的機遇。中小型設(shè)計機構(gòu)是建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)的重要組成部分,不僅數(shù)量眾多,而且其業(yè)務(wù)范圍更多地集中于工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域中量大面廣的建設(shè)項目上,在其內(nèi)部實施BIM技術(shù)不僅能夠提升中小型設(shè)計機構(gòu)的競爭力,同時有助于推動BIM在整個建筑行業(yè)的應(yīng)用發(fā)展。 本文通過對武漢市一些中小型設(shè)計機構(gòu)的BIM應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進行實地調(diào)研,,總結(jié)得出BIM應(yīng)用的阻礙因素主要分為技術(shù)因素、政策環(huán)境因素、人員態(tài)度因素和經(jīng)濟因素四類。結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢以及企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程提出了適用于中小型設(shè)計機構(gòu)的BIM實施策略,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、人員組織安排、協(xié)作流程和工作流程、模型精度和文件生成內(nèi)容、數(shù)據(jù)安全管理、服務(wù)合同的制定、教育和培訓(xùn)這八個方面研究探討了適用于中小型設(shè)計機構(gòu)的BIM實施框架,為BIM的應(yīng)用和推廣提供依據(jù),以促進整個建筑業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of Chinese construction industry, architectural design industry, as an important part of the construction industry, has been improved in recent years in terms of enterprise scale, business scope, personnel structure, technical management, information level and so on. However, with the development of building technology and the renewal of design concept, construction projects need to consider such problems as environmental degradation, ecological protection, green energy saving and so on. Difficulties are encountered in projects with high environmental performance requirements. The development of BIM (Building Information Model) provides a working platform for collaborative design and data sharing, which can improve the efficiency and quality of design. It brings a new opportunity for the information development of the whole architectural design industry. Small and medium-sized design institutions are an important part of the architectural design industry, not only a large number of, but also its scope of business more concentrated in the field of engineering construction in a wide range of construction projects, The implementation of BIM technology within BIM can not only enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized design institutions, but also help to promote the application of BIM in the whole construction industry. Based on the field investigation of BIM application in some small and medium-sized design institutions in Wuhan, this paper concludes that the obstacles to BIM application can be divided into four categories: technical factor, policy environment factor, personnel attitude factor and economic factor. Combined with the advantages of BIM technology and the business process of the enterprise, this paper puts forward the BIM implementation strategy suitable for small and medium-sized design organizations, and on this basis, from the BIM application objectives, technical infrastructure, personnel organization, collaboration process and workflow, The model precision and document generation content, data security management, service contract formulation, education and training are studied and discussed in this paper, which can provide the basis for the application and promotion of BIM.
