不同相變蓄能器對(duì)多聯(lián)機(jī)空氣源熱泵蓄熱特性影響

【摘要】:以多聯(lián)機(jī)空氣源熱泵相變蓄能除霜系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,采用實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的方法對(duì)采用翅片管型和螺旋盤管型相變蓄能器的多聯(lián)機(jī)空氣源熱泵除霜系統(tǒng)的蓄能過程進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:室內(nèi)機(jī)全負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下,相變蓄能器在供熱過程中蓄熱,螺旋盤管型蓄能器與翅片型蓄能器完成蓄熱分別需要6.00和33.00 min。從整個(gè)供熱周期來看,翅片型蓄能器對(duì)供熱過程的影響更小,蓄熱過程會(huì)引起室內(nèi)平均進(jìn)出風(fēng)溫差降低4℃、平均供熱量降低6 kW,系統(tǒng)結(jié)霜時(shí)間縮短8 min。
[Abstract]:Taking the phase change defrosting system of multi-on-line air-source heat pump as the research object, the experimental analysis of the defrosting process of the multi-on-line air-source heat pump defrosting system using finned tube type and spiral coil type phase change accumulator is carried out. The results show that the heat storage of the phase change accumulator takes 6.00 min and 33.00 mins respectively for the spiral coil accumulator and the finned accumulator under the full load state of the indoor unit. From the whole heating cycle, the finned accumulator has less influence on the heating process. The heat storage process will cause the average indoor air temperature difference to be reduced by 4 鈩,
