微;炷粱玖W(xué)特性及其影響參數(shù)的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:微;炷林饕糜诨炷两Y(jié)構(gòu)模型試驗(yàn),它是一種由小粒徑骨料、水泥和水按一定比例組成的混凝土。由于骨料粒徑變小引起了混凝土力學(xué)性能的改變,確定微粒混凝土的力學(xué)性能的影響因素是模型試驗(yàn)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。主要考慮水泥強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、水灰比和砂率的影響,采用正交試驗(yàn)法設(shè)計(jì)微;炷恋呐浜媳,制作了兩批試件,各16組,研究了上述因素對(duì)微;炷凛S心抗壓強(qiáng)度和彈性模量的影響。結(jié)果表明,水泥強(qiáng)度等級(jí)和水灰比對(duì)微;炷凛S心抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響顯著,且水泥強(qiáng)度等級(jí)影響最大;水灰比和砂率對(duì)微;炷翉椥阅A康挠绊戯@著,且水灰比影響最大。
[Abstract]:The concrete structure model test is mainly used for concrete structure model test, it is a kind of concrete with small size aggregate, cement and water in a certain proportion. Due to the small size of the aggregate, the mechanical properties of concrete are changed. It is a key problem to determine the influence factors of the mechanical properties of the particle concrete. The main consideration is water. With the influence of mud strength grade, water cement ratio and sand ratio, orthogonal test method was used to design the mixture ratio of particle concrete. Two batches of specimens were made and 16 groups were made. The effect of the above factors on the axial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of particle concrete was studied. The results showed that the cement strength grade and cement ratio were compared with the axial compression strength of particle concrete. The influence of cement strength grade is the most significant, and the water cement ratio and sand rate have a significant effect on the elastic modulus of particulate concrete, and the water cement ratio has the greatest influence.
