超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)施工模擬及現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測研究

【摘要】:超高層結(jié)構(gòu)在混凝土收縮徐變等作用下會產(chǎn)生明顯的豎向變形,過大的豎變形差會影響結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程的安全性和使用階段的適用性。伸臂桁架和巨型斜撐是超高層結(jié)構(gòu)的重要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件,其安裝秩序會影響竣工后結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,在施工過程中如何合理提前閉合伸臂桁架和巨型斜撐是超高層結(jié)構(gòu)施工亟待解決的工程問題。本文以正在建造中的中國第一高樓深圳平安國際金融中心為背景,分析了超高層結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向變形,對伸臂桁架和巨型斜撐的閉合時間和順序進行了分析,對其進行了現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,研究了其附加應(yīng)力的監(jiān)控方法。研究了豎向變形的影響因素及預(yù)留補償。考慮混凝土的收縮徐變,用Midas/Gen對超高層結(jié)構(gòu)進行了施工過程的模擬分析,研究了樓層預(yù)留標(biāo)高和豎向構(gòu)件預(yù)留長度沿結(jié)構(gòu)高度的變化規(guī)律。超高層施工復(fù)雜且持續(xù)時間長,具有出現(xiàn)停工的風(fēng)險,研究了停工、施工速度和核心筒超前施工層數(shù)對結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向變形和豎向變形差的影響,進一步研究了當(dāng)這些因素與前期設(shè)定的不一致情況下,對預(yù)留補償進行優(yōu)化調(diào)整。研究了伸臂桁架閉合時間和順序及監(jiān)控方法。提前閉合伸臂桁架可以加強施工中結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,但伸臂桁架會產(chǎn)生附加應(yīng)力,施工時需要兼顧到兩者。從伸臂桁架所在樓層的豎向變形差變化這個角度來分析,研究了伸臂桁架斜腹桿和弦桿合理的安裝時間和順序。同時在施工現(xiàn)場對伸臂桁架斜腹桿預(yù)留縫進行位移監(jiān)測,對伸臂桁架弦桿進行應(yīng)力監(jiān)測,為施工單位提供提前閉合伸臂桁架的依據(jù)和建議,研究了根據(jù)監(jiān)測結(jié)果控制伸臂桁架附加應(yīng)力的監(jiān)控方法,對指導(dǎo)其他超高層的施工具有很高的參考價值。研究了巨型斜撐閉合時間和順序及監(jiān)控方法。玻璃幕墻的安裝和巨型斜撐的安裝出現(xiàn)了矛盾,本文分析了施工過程中巨型斜撐預(yù)留縫寬度的變化規(guī)律,對其進行了現(xiàn)場位移監(jiān)測,明確了提前閉合巨型斜撐的可能性,并在閉合后對其應(yīng)力進行現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,檢驗了提前閉合巨型斜撐的合理性,研究了根據(jù)監(jiān)測結(jié)果控制巨型斜撐附加應(yīng)力的監(jiān)控方法。提前閉合了巨型斜撐明顯加快了施工進度,具有很高的經(jīng)濟效益。同時,研究了基礎(chǔ)沉降和重力作用對巨型斜撐應(yīng)力的影響。
[Abstract]:Under the action of concrete shrinkage creep and so on the super-tall structure will produce obvious vertical deformation. The excessive vertical deformation difference will affect the safety of the construction process and the applicability of the application stage. Cantilever truss and giant oblique brace are important lateral force resistant members of super high-rise structures, and their installation order will affect the seismic performance of the structures after completion. How to close the cantilever truss and giant inclined braces in advance is an urgent engineering problem in the construction of super high-rise structures. In this paper, the vertical deformation of the super high-rise structure is analyzed, the closing time and sequence of the cantilever truss and giant inclined brace are analyzed, and the field monitoring is carried out on the background of the Ping an International Financial Center of Shenzhen, the first high-rise building in China, which is under construction. The monitoring method of additional stress is studied. The influence factors of vertical deformation and the reserve compensation are studied. Considering the shrinkage and creep of concrete, the construction process of super high-rise structure is simulated and analyzed by Midas / Gen, and the variation law of the reserved elevation of floor and the reserved length of vertical members along the height of the structure is studied. Super-high-rise construction is complex and lasting for a long time, which has the risk of shutdown. The effects of shutdown, construction speed and the number of core tube in advance on the vertical deformation and vertical deformation difference of the structure are studied. Furthermore, when these factors are inconsistent with the previous ones, the optimal adjustment of the reservation compensation is studied. The closing time and sequence of extension truss and its monitoring method are studied. Closing the cantilever truss in advance can enhance the stability of the structure in construction, but the extension truss will produce additional stress, which should be taken into account in construction. From the point of view of the vertical deformation difference of the floor where the arm truss is located, the reasonable installation time and sequence of the inclined web and chord of the extended arm truss are studied. At the same time, displacement monitoring is carried out on the oblique web joint of the cantilever truss and stress monitoring on the chord of the cantilever truss is carried out at the same time, which provides the basis and suggestion for the construction unit to close the cantilever truss in advance. The monitoring method for controlling the additional stress of the extension truss based on the monitoring results is studied, which has a high reference value for guiding the construction of other super high-rise buildings. The closing time, sequence and monitoring method of giant diagonal brace are studied. There are contradictions between the installation of glass curtain wall and the installation of giant inclined brace. In this paper, the variation law of the width of reserved joint of giant inclined brace during construction is analyzed, and the field displacement monitoring is carried out, and the possibility of closing giant diagonal brace in advance is clarified. The stress of giant diagonal brace is monitored after closure, and the rationality of closing giant diagonal brace in advance is tested, and the method of controlling the additional stress of giant diagonal brace according to the monitoring results is studied. Closing the giant diagonal brace in advance obviously speeds up the construction progress and has high economic benefit. At the same time, the influence of foundation settlement and gravity on the stress of giant diagonal brace is studied.
