【摘要】：上世紀(jì)50年代,新中國(guó)百?gòu)U待興,因此由周恩來、陳云同志主持制定了國(guó)家第一個(gè)五年計(jì)劃(后稱“一五”),在蘇聯(lián)老大哥的幫助下,中國(guó)工業(yè)開始向社會(huì)主義工業(yè)化邁進(jìn)。期間蘇聯(lián)幫助中國(guó)建設(shè)了156個(gè)大型項(xiàng)目,以發(fā)展重工業(yè)為主。洛陽(yáng)作為全國(guó)重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的八個(gè)工業(yè)城市之一,有7個(gè)項(xiàng)目放在了洛陽(yáng),先后有100多名蘇聯(lián)專家陸續(xù)來到洛陽(yáng),同時(shí)全國(guó)各地的數(shù)萬(wàn)名技術(shù)人員、產(chǎn)業(yè)工人也趕赴洛陽(yáng),懷著滿腔熱情地投入到中國(guó)的大規(guī)模社會(huì)主義工業(yè)建設(shè)中。國(guó)家“一五”計(jì)劃使洛陽(yáng)城市格局發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,也在洛陽(yáng)土地上留下了一片見證兩國(guó)文化交流的“蘇式建筑群”,飽含著一代洛陽(yáng)人的城市記憶。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,上世紀(jì)80年代以來城市進(jìn)行了大規(guī)模的改造與更新,城市形象日益趨同缺乏特色,城市已不再是人們記憶當(dāng)中那個(gè)熟悉的故鄉(xiāng)。因此,我們?cè)谕七M(jìn)城市發(fā)展的同時(shí),如何有效保護(hù)城市歷史,延續(xù)城市文脈,保持市民的集體認(rèn)同感,成為當(dāng)前城市發(fā)展面臨的重要難題。本文選取澗西工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,基于城市記憶視角,以人、時(shí)間、空間三者之間的關(guān)系為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,采用文獻(xiàn)資料研究法、調(diào)查研究法、分類研究法、歸納總結(jié)法四種方法進(jìn)行深入研究。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于對(duì)澗西工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)的記憶要素進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,對(duì)記憶要素進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀研究與評(píng)價(jià),量化澗西工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)的城市記憶,根據(jù)問題提出街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新方法。本文通過對(duì)城市記憶進(jìn)行深入研究,找出城市記憶的內(nèi)在運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并通過分析城市記憶與歷史街區(qū)的關(guān)系,總結(jié)出工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)城市記憶的內(nèi)涵特征為:地域性、時(shí)代性、整體性、連續(xù)性、選擇性;找出承載澗西工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)城市記憶的要素,分為有形的環(huán)境要素和無形的文脈要素,依據(jù)城市記憶的特征提出記憶要素的保護(hù)策略。通過對(duì)澗西工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)出城市記憶要素的現(xiàn)狀問題,并量化分析居民對(duì)記憶要素的記憶程度及與影響城市記憶因素的關(guān)系,基于此提出傳承城市記憶的策略。以記憶要素的保護(hù)和城市記憶的傳承策略為前提,遵循城市記憶的運(yùn)行機(jī)制:記憶儲(chǔ)存——記憶組織——記憶再現(xiàn),提出具體的澗西工業(yè)歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新方法。
[Abstract]:In the 1950s, New China was full of waste, so comrades Zhou Enlai and Chen Yun worked out the country's first five-year plan. Thanks to the help of Big Brother of the Soviet Union, Chinese industry began to move towards socialist industrialization. During that time, the Soviet Union helped China build 156 large-scale projects, mainly heavy industry. As one of the eight key industrial cities in China, Luoyang has seven projects in Luoyang. More than 100 Soviet experts have successively come to Luoyang, and tens of thousands of technicians and industrial workers from all over the country have also rushed to Luoyang. Full of enthusiasm into China's large-scale socialist industrial construction. The "first five year Plan" has changed the urban pattern of Luoyang and left a "Soviet-style architectural complex" on the land of Luoyang to witness the cultural exchange between the two countries, which is full of the urban memory of a generation of Luoyang people. With the development of social economy, the city has been reformed and renewed on a large scale since 1980s, the city image is increasingly converging to lack of characteristics, and the city is no longer the familiar hometown in the memory of people. Therefore, while promoting urban development, how to effectively protect urban history, continue the context of the city, and maintain the collective identity of the citizens has become an important problem facing the current urban development. Based on the perspective of urban memory and the relationship among people, time and space, this paper chooses Jianxi Industrial and Historical District as the research object, and adopts the methods of literature research, investigation and classification. Four methods of induction and summary are studied in depth. The innovation of this paper lies in summing up and summarizing the memory elements of Jianxi Industrial Historical District, studying and evaluating the memory elements, quantifying the urban memory of Jianxi Industrial Historical District, and putting forward the protection and renewal methods of the blocks according to the problems. In this paper, through the in-depth study of urban memory, we find out the internal operating mechanism of urban memory, and through the analysis of the relationship between urban memory and historical blocks, we conclude that the connotation characteristics of urban memory in industrial and historical blocks are: regional, epoch, and so on. Integrity, continuity and selectivity; to find out the elements of urban memory carrying Jianxi industrial historical block, divided into tangible environmental elements and intangible context elements, according to the characteristics of urban memory to put forward the protection strategy of memory elements. Based on the investigation and study of Jianxi Industrial and Historical District, the present situation of urban memory elements is summarized, and the relationship between the memory factors of residents and the factors affecting urban memory is analyzed quantitatively. Based on this, the strategies of inheriting urban memory are put forward. Based on the protection of memory elements and the inheritance strategy of urban memory, this paper follows the operational mechanism of urban memory: memory storage-memory organization-memory reproduction, and puts forward specific methods for the protection and renewal of Jianxi industrial and historical blocks.
