【摘要】：工程項(xiàng)目的造價控制應(yīng)遵循動態(tài)控制的原則,緊緊圍繞投資控制目標(biāo)進(jìn)行動態(tài)控制,并貫穿工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的整個過程。工程造價動態(tài)控制是在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的各個階段運(yùn)用組織、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和合同等進(jìn)行工程項(xiàng)目造價的測算和分析,獲得建設(shè)項(xiàng)目最大的投資效益。 本論文基于工程項(xiàng)目造價控制在實(shí)施過程的各個不同階段都具有動態(tài)性,提出在項(xiàng)目的決策階段、設(shè)計階段及施工階段都要進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目造價的動態(tài)控制,并對工程不同階段的造價控制進(jìn)行具體分析,利用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和手段控制項(xiàng)目成本,提高工程項(xiàng)目在決策階段、設(shè)計階段和施工階段的造價控制管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目投資收益最大化。 通過對工程項(xiàng)目決策階段、設(shè)計階段和施工階段的造價控制動態(tài)研究,推動造價動態(tài)控制原理在項(xiàng)目造價管理領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目造價控制管理方法的豐富和發(fā)展,在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過程中,充分運(yùn)用造價動態(tài)控制的方法,對項(xiàng)目投資按建設(shè)程序?qū)嵭袑訉涌刂?保證項(xiàng)目造價不突破批準(zhǔn)的投資限額,實(shí)現(xiàn)工程項(xiàng)目造價的有效動態(tài)控制,最終達(dá)到節(jié)約資源,控制項(xiàng)目投資的效果。
[Abstract]:The cost control of engineering project should follow the principle of dynamic control, and carry out dynamic control closely around the investment control goal, and run through the whole process of project implementation. The dynamic control of project cost is to calculate and analyze the project cost by using organization, technology, economy and contract in every stage of project implementation, so as to obtain the maximum investment benefit of the construction project. Based on the fact that the project cost control is dynamic in different stages of the implementation process, this paper proposes that the dynamic control of the project cost should be carried out in the decision-making, design and construction stages of the project. The cost control in different stages of the project is analyzed in detail, and the cost control management level of the project in the decision-making, design and construction stages is improved by using advanced technology and means to control the cost of the project. Maximize the investment income of the project. Through the dynamic research on the cost control in the decision-making stage, the design stage and the construction stage of the project, the application of the dynamic cost control principle in the field of project cost management is promoted, and the enrichment and development of the project cost control management method are promoted. In the implementation of the project, the method of dynamic cost control is fully used to control the investment of the project according to the construction procedure, so as to ensure that the project cost does not break the approved investment limit, and realize the effective dynamic control of the project cost. Finally, the effect of saving resources and controlling project investment is achieved.
