【摘要】：雪峰山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)內(nèi)存在一定數(shù)量的鄉(xiāng)土建筑,由于旅游開(kāi)發(fā),鄉(xiāng)土建筑面臨新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。如何將風(fēng)景區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)與鄉(xiāng)土建筑的保護(hù)與利用相結(jié)合,延續(xù)風(fēng)景區(qū)的完整性和資源的特殊性具有重要意義。本文通過(guò)對(duì)雪峰山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)鄉(xiāng)土建筑的調(diào)研、收集相關(guān)資料,對(duì)風(fēng)景區(qū)鄉(xiāng)土建筑的的保護(hù)與利用途徑與措施進(jìn)行研究。主要研究如下：1、分析了鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)與利用對(duì)風(fēng)景區(qū)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài),對(duì)研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行概括。2、基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,將風(fēng)景區(qū)內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)土建筑分為居住建筑、園林建筑、文娛建筑、宗教建筑四類,其中居住建筑數(shù)量大、分布廣,為最基本的建筑類型；園林建筑遺存較多,分布集中,建筑類型多樣,布局巧妙；文娛建筑內(nèi)在文化意義深遠(yuǎn)；宗教建筑類型多,保存質(zhì)量不高。3、總結(jié)鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)與利用存在的問(wèn)題與不足：破損建筑缺乏日常維護(hù)；各類保護(hù)建筑在保護(hù)措施和方法上存在缺陷與漏洞；居民對(duì)鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)意識(shí)不強(qiáng)；風(fēng)景區(qū)建筑利用方式?jīng)]有更新與發(fā)展：管理未到位：建筑自身原因。4、針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合景區(qū)特點(diǎn)、建筑類型對(duì)其提出了具體保護(hù)措施：完善法律體系與保護(hù)機(jī)制；進(jìn)行居民點(diǎn)調(diào)控；嚴(yán)格實(shí)施對(duì)各級(jí)保護(hù)建筑的保護(hù)措施；控制景區(qū)周邊新建建筑高度；修繕、改建價(jià)值較高的破損建筑；生態(tài)補(bǔ)償式保護(hù),拆除破損建筑,在原址進(jìn)行“見(jiàn)縫插針”式綠化設(shè)計(jì)；修復(fù)技能專業(yè)化；鄉(xiāng)土建筑記錄與再現(xiàn)。并通過(guò)注重延續(xù)原有功能,適當(dāng)增加新功能,結(jié)合旅游機(jī)遇、商業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)、農(nóng)業(yè)景觀、民間支持、民眾參與、政府投入等多方因素融合,使鄉(xiāng)土建筑得到優(yōu)化利用。本文所提供的風(fēng)景區(qū)鄉(xiāng)土建筑保護(hù)與利用的方法,以實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑與風(fēng)景區(qū)高度融合、最少犧牲自然特色為目的；重視和諧性、地域性和實(shí)用性的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:There are a certain number of local buildings in Xuefeng Mountain Scenic spot. Due to tourism development, local buildings face new opportunities and challenges. It is of great significance to combine the development of scenic area with the protection and utilization of local buildings and to extend the integrity of scenic area and the particularity of resources. Based on the investigation and investigation of the local buildings in Xuefeng Mountain, this paper studies the ways and measures of the protection and utilization of the local buildings in the scenic spots. The main research is as follows: 1, analyzing the realistic significance of the protection and utilization of local buildings to the development of scenic spots, summing up the research trends at home and abroad, summarizing the research contents. 2. Based on the field investigation, the local buildings in the scenic spots are divided into residential buildings. There are four types of garden architecture, recreational architecture and religious architecture, among which residential buildings are large in quantity and widely distributed, which are the most basic types of architecture; There are many types of religious buildings, and the preservation quality is not high. 3. The problems and shortcomings in the protection and utilization of local buildings are summarized: the damaged buildings lack of daily maintenance; All kinds of protective buildings have defects and loopholes in protection measures and methods; residents have not strong awareness of the protection of local buildings; there is no renewal and development in the use of buildings in scenic areas: management is not in place: the reasons for the construction itself .4, in view of the existing problems, Combined with the characteristics of scenic spots, the architectural types put forward specific protection measures: perfect legal system and protection mechanism; carry out residential control; strictly implement protection measures for all levels of protected buildings; control the height of newly built buildings around scenic spots; repair, Reconstruction of damaged buildings of higher value; ecological compensation protection, demolition of damaged buildings, greening design of "stitching" in the original site; professionalization of repair skills; recording and reappearance of local buildings. And by paying attention to the continuation of the original function, appropriately adding new functions, combining tourism opportunities, commercial development, agricultural landscape, folk support, popular participation, government investment and other factors to optimize the utilization of local architecture. The method of protection and utilization of local buildings in scenic spots provided in this paper aims at achieving the high integration of architecture and scenic spots, at least sacrificing the natural characteristics, and attaching importance to the unity of harmony, regionality and practicability.
