塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,塔機(jī)作為建筑行業(yè)必備的重型機(jī)械設(shè)備,得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。但由于塔機(jī)自身結(jié)構(gòu)和工作環(huán)境的原因,由塔機(jī)引發(fā)的安全事故頻有發(fā)生,因此,應(yīng)該引起建筑行業(yè)和監(jiān)管部門(mén)足夠重視。為此,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了一種基于ARM處理器的塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控塔機(jī)自身參數(shù)引發(fā)的安全事故、塔機(jī)與地面建筑物之間及塔機(jī)與塔機(jī)之間的碰撞事故。論文主要設(shè)計(jì)塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的硬件平臺(tái)。根據(jù)塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求給出了硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了主控系統(tǒng)、存儲(chǔ)器、LCD顯示、串行接口、基礎(chǔ)傳感器、繼電器等模塊,獲取了本塔機(jī)吊重、吊鉤高度、小車(chē)位移、塔臂角度、塔身傾斜角、塔機(jī)控制箱溫度、當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)速、塔機(jī)地理位置等參數(shù),并通過(guò)電臺(tái)模塊實(shí)時(shí)獲取其它塔機(jī)的運(yùn)行參數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,由塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)軟件產(chǎn)生繼電器控制信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)本塔機(jī)的安全監(jiān)控。最后,實(shí)際測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,論文設(shè)計(jì)的塔機(jī)安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái)工作穩(wěn)定,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,并通過(guò)了使用單位的驗(yàn)收。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of real estate industry in China, tower crane, as a necessary heavy machinery equipment in construction industry, has been widely used. However, due to the structure and working environment of the tower crane, the safety accidents caused by the tower crane occur frequently, so it should be paid enough attention to by the construction industry and the supervision department. Therefore, we design a kind of tower crane security monitoring system based on arm processor, which can monitor the safety accident caused by the tower crane's own parameters, the collision accident between tower crane and ground building and between tower crane and tower crane. This paper mainly designs the hardware platform of tower crane security monitoring system. According to the design requirements of tower crane security monitoring system, the hardware design scheme is given, and the main control system, memory LCD display, serial interface, basic sensor, relay module and other modules are designed in detail. The parameters such as car displacement, tower arm angle, tower tilt angle, tower crane control box temperature, local wind speed, tower crane geographical position and so on are obtained in real time by radio module. On this basis, the operation parameters of other tower cranes are obtained in real time. The relay control signal is generated by the tower crane security monitoring system software to realize the safety monitoring of the tower crane. Finally, the actual test results show that the hardware platform of the tower crane security monitoring system designed in this paper works stably, meets the design requirements, and has passed the acceptance of the user.
