【摘要】:通過(guò)配置HRB600非預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋的有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁受彎試驗(yàn),分析了試驗(yàn)梁的受彎性能和裂縫開展規(guī)律、HRB600鋼筋應(yīng)變和混凝土應(yīng)變,討論了現(xiàn)行《公路鋼筋混凝土及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土橋涵設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》中抗彎承載力計(jì)算公式的適用性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:配置HRB600非預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋的有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁受力性能良好,可以按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范計(jì)算抗彎承載力,且具有足夠的安全儲(chǔ)備。HRB600鋼筋與預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線能夠協(xié)同工作,有效提高試驗(yàn)梁的抗彎承載力。
[Abstract]:Based on the flexural tests of bonded prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 unprestressed bars, the flexural behavior and crack development regularity of the test beams are analyzed, and the strain of reinforcement and concrete of HRB600 is analyzed. The applicability of the calculation formula of flexural bearing capacity in the current Design Code for reinforced concrete and Prestressed concrete Bridges and culverts of Highway is discussed. The test results show that the bond prestressed concrete beam with HRB600 unprestressed steel bar has good mechanical performance, and can calculate the flexural capacity according to the current code, and has sufficient safety reserve. HRB600 steel bar and prestressed steel strand can work together. The flexural bearing capacity of the test beam is improved effectively.
