【摘要】：信息化是21世紀(jì)各行業(yè)的發(fā)展主題。建筑業(yè)的信息化進(jìn)程正向工業(yè)制造業(yè)看齊,步入正軌。作為建筑配套工程的景觀工程,其信息化仍處于起步階段。建筑業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展為整個(gè)行業(yè)帶來(lái)技術(shù)提升,為各個(gè)項(xiàng)目帶來(lái)可觀的效益。但項(xiàng)目整體效益的提升需要各個(gè)專業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。信息化同樣是景觀行業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。居住區(qū)景觀是與建筑聯(lián)系最為緊密也最貼近人們生活的景觀工程。以建筑業(yè)信息化為模板,探索景觀行業(yè)的信息化道路是當(dāng)前行業(yè)的首要任務(wù)。本文借鑒建筑業(yè)BIM技術(shù)對(duì)景觀行業(yè)BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行探索。本文主要分三個(gè)步驟探索研究BIM技術(shù)在景觀行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：1.結(jié)合建筑業(yè)BIM(Building Information Modeling, BIM)技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用情況,研究BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用可以給景觀工程,尤其是居住區(qū)景觀工程項(xiàng)目管理工作帶來(lái)的效益,指出BIM技術(shù)在居住區(qū)景觀工程應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)與必要性。2.以理論依據(jù)為主導(dǎo),討論應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)解決居住區(qū)景觀工程相關(guān)問題的具體實(shí)施步驟與方案。3.以盛世豪庭項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,創(chuàng)造性地將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于居住區(qū)景觀工程實(shí)施過程。為BIM技術(shù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供參考。最后,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在景觀行業(yè)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀、困難與未來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)加以闡述,希望給同行們以啟發(fā)與參考。
[Abstract]:Informatization is the development theme of all industries in the 21 st century. The information process of the construction industry is in line with the industrial manufacturing industry, on the right track. As a building supporting project landscape engineering, its information is still in its infancy. The development of information technology in the construction industry brings technology upgrading to the whole industry and considerable benefits for various projects. However, the improvement of the overall benefit of the project needs the coordinated development of various specialties. Informatization is also the development direction of landscape industry. Residential landscape is the most closely connected with architecture and closest to people's life landscape engineering. It is the primary task of the current industry to explore the road of landscape informatization based on construction informatization. This paper explores the application of BIM technology in landscape industry based on BIM technology in construction industry. This paper is divided into three steps to explore the application of BIM technology in landscape industry. Combined with the development and application of BIM-Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in construction industry, this paper studies the benefits that BIM technology can bring to landscape engineering, especially to the management of residential landscape engineering projects. The advantages and necessity of application of BIM technology in residential landscape engineering are pointed out. Based on the theoretical basis, this paper discusses the concrete implementation steps and scheme of applying BIM technology to solve the problems related to residential landscape engineering. The BIM technology is creatively applied to the implementation process of residential landscape engineering. It provides a reference for the practical application of BIM technology. Finally, the application status, difficulties and future development trend of BIM technology in landscape industry are expounded, hoping to enlighten and reference the peers.
