以LFG為燃料的空氣源沼氣機(jī)熱泵供熱性能

【摘要】:為了利用垃圾填埋氣(LFG)這種可再生能源,減少化石燃料的消耗,提出一種以LFG為燃料的空氣源沼氣機(jī)熱泵供熱系統(tǒng),并研究其供熱性能。確定了LFG收集系統(tǒng)以及適合沼氣機(jī)熱泵系統(tǒng)的LFG凈化方法。所構(gòu)建的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)可經(jīng)閥門切換,分別研究沼氣機(jī)排煙余熱單獨(dú)回收利用或缸套冷卻水和排煙余熱同時(shí)回收利用兩種模式。進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)供熱性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試,并對(duì)影響系統(tǒng)供熱性能的沼氣機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、冷凝器水流量、冷凝器進(jìn)水溫度等因素進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該熱泵系統(tǒng)的總供熱量隨沼氣機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速和冷凝器水流量增大而增大,隨冷凝器進(jìn)水溫度升高而減小。系統(tǒng)制熱系數(shù)(COP)和一次能源利用率(PER)均隨冷凝器進(jìn)水溫度升高而減小,但其與冷凝器水流量的關(guān)系并非單調(diào)變化關(guān)系。當(dāng)冷凝器水流量為1.45~1.65kg·s-1時(shí),系統(tǒng)供熱性能最好;當(dāng)冷凝器進(jìn)水溫度為35~45℃時(shí),系統(tǒng)的COP最高可達(dá)到4.3,PER最高可達(dá)到1.48。
[Abstract]:In order to use landfill gas (LFG) as a renewable energy and reduce the consumption of fossil fuels, an air-source biogas heat pump heating system based on LFG is proposed and its heating performance is studied. LFG collection system and LFG purification method suitable for biogas engine heat pump system were determined. The experimental platform can be switched by valve to study two models of recovery and utilization of exhaust heat of biogas engine or cylinder liner cooling water and exhaust heat simultaneously. The experimental test of the heating performance of the system was carried out, and the factors affecting the heating performance of the system, such as the rotational speed of the biogas machine, the water flow rate of the condenser and the inlet temperature of the condenser, were analyzed. The experimental results show that the total heat supply of the heat pump system increases with the increase of the biogas engine speed and the condenser water flow, and decreases with the increase of the inlet temperature of the condenser. Both COP and PERs decrease with the increase of inlet water temperature, but the relationship between COP and water flow is not monotonous. When the water flow rate of the condenser is 1.45~1.65kg s-1, the heating performance of the system is the best, and when the inlet water temperature of the condenser is 35 ~ 45 鈩,
