木結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度分析及木產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的確定方法

【摘要】:我國(guó)《木結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB50005-2003)和《膠合木結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB/T50708-2012)采用軟轉(zhuǎn)換的方法確定了北美進(jìn)口規(guī)格材以及目測(cè)分等與機(jī)械彈性模量分等層板膠合木的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)進(jìn)口規(guī)格材以及層板膠合木的可靠度校核,發(fā)現(xiàn)用軟轉(zhuǎn)換方法確定的木產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的可靠度并不一定滿(mǎn)足《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度設(shè)計(jì)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB 50068-2001要求。鑒于結(jié)構(gòu)用木產(chǎn)品的強(qiáng)度變異系數(shù)在較大范圍內(nèi)變動(dòng),本文建立了適用于各類(lèi)現(xiàn)代木產(chǎn)品構(gòu)件的功能函數(shù),對(duì)各種荷載條件下的受彎、受拉和受壓木構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了可靠度分析,獲得了滿(mǎn)足可靠度要求的抗力分項(xiàng)系數(shù)與強(qiáng)度變異系數(shù)間的關(guān)系曲線。在符合安全可靠與經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的原則下,建議以住宅樓面活荷載與恒載作用效應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組合且在其比值ρ=1.0情況下的關(guān)系曲線為確定木產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值的基準(zhǔn)曲線,并對(duì)其他荷載作用效應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組合和不同荷載效應(yīng)比值情況下的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值作相應(yīng)的安全調(diào)整。對(duì)常用樹(shù)種進(jìn)口規(guī)格材以及層板膠合木給出了符合《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度設(shè)計(jì)統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB 50068-2001要求的強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值建議值。對(duì)不同安全等級(jí)木結(jié)構(gòu)抗力分項(xiàng)系數(shù)間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了討論,為設(shè)計(jì)中根據(jù)安全等級(jí)合理選擇木產(chǎn)品或確定結(jié)構(gòu)重要性系數(shù)的取值提供了參考。同時(shí),給出了木產(chǎn)品抗剪強(qiáng)度、橫紋抗壓強(qiáng)度和橫紋抗拉強(qiáng)度等設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)的取值建議。對(duì)現(xiàn)有國(guó)產(chǎn)規(guī)格材數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,給出了東北落葉松各個(gè)尺寸、級(jí)別的強(qiáng)度特征值建議,并且在可靠度分析的基礎(chǔ)上給出強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值取值建議。
[Abstract]:The soft conversion method was used to determine the strength design indexes of the imported North American standard wood and the visual grade and mechanical modulus of elasticity grade laminate glued wood (GB50005-2003) and the glued wood (GB50005-2003) and GBP / T50708-2012). In this paper, by checking the reliability of imported specifications and laminated wood, it is found that the reliability of the strength design index of wood products determined by soft conversion method does not necessarily meet the requirements of the Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building structures (GB 50068-2001). In view of the variation of strength coefficient of structural wood products in a wide range, this paper establishes a functional function suitable for all kinds of modern wood components, and analyzes the reliability of bending, tensile and compressed wood members under various load conditions. The relationship curve between the resistance coefficient and the strength coefficient of variation was obtained to meet the reliability requirement. In accordance with the principle of safety, reliability and economy, it is suggested that the standard combination of live load and dead load effect on residential floor and the relation curve under the condition of 蟻 ~ (1.0) ratio should be taken as the benchmark curve to determine the design value of wood product strength. The strength design values of other standard combination of load effect and different load effect ratio are adjusted accordingly. The recommended values of strength design values which meet the requirements of GB 50068-2001 for the imported specifications of common tree species and laminated plywood are given. This paper discusses the relationship between the resistance factors of different safety grade wood structures, and provides a reference for the rational selection of wood products according to the safety grade and the determination of the value of the structural importance coefficient in the design. At the same time, the design index of wood products such as shear strength, transverse compressive strength and transverse tensile strength are given. Based on the statistical analysis of the existing data of domestic specifications, the characteristic values of strength of each size and grade of Larix gmelini are suggested, and the value of strength design is suggested on the basis of reliability analysis.
