【摘要】：大同有著悠久的歷史和深厚的文化底蘊(yùn),而其古城內(nèi)的鼓樓東街、鼓樓西街歷史文化街區(qū)至今仍承擔(dān)著重要的居住功能,其承載的延續(xù)至今的傳統(tǒng)的居住生活是大同古城歷史文化的重要組成部分,這也正是大同居住性歷史文化街區(qū)的最重要的價(jià)值所在。因此大同古城的風(fēng)貌保護(hù)以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城市空間、城市功能的更新,都需要建立在這兩個(gè)在古城內(nèi)占有重要地位的歷史文化街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新以及其居住功能的有機(jī)延續(xù)基礎(chǔ)之上。目前我國的歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)中存在有些規(guī)劃與實(shí)施脫節(jié)、公眾參與不足等問題,本文基于對(duì)歷史保護(hù)、有機(jī)更新、城市觸媒、公眾參與等理論的研究以及對(duì)國內(nèi)外同類歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)實(shí)踐案例的學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)此類歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)規(guī)劃與實(shí)施方法及其中的一些關(guān)鍵性問題有了深入的了解;通過對(duì)大同古城,特別是這兩個(gè)街區(qū)在大同歷史上漫長的城市發(fā)展中演進(jìn)過程的梳理,總結(jié)了其目前存在的主要問題與潛在的發(fā)展機(jī)遇;同時(shí)采取對(duì)街區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研和居民問卷調(diào)查的方式,獲取關(guān)于兩個(gè)街區(qū)現(xiàn)狀問題的一手資料。在以上工作的基礎(chǔ)上歸納總結(jié),提出針對(duì)這兩個(gè)歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)及實(shí)施的整體框架,并在此框架下進(jìn)行了大同歷史文化街區(qū)保護(hù)規(guī)劃實(shí)踐,探討居住性歷史文化街區(qū)規(guī)劃及實(shí)施中通過空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與政策規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的方法達(dá)成建筑院落保護(hù)、環(huán)境提升、生活改善、社會(huì)發(fā)展的綜合目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Datong has a long history and profound cultural heritage, and the historic and cultural district of Drum Tower East Street and Gulou West Street in its ancient city still bear important residential functions. Its carrying on the traditional residential life is an important part of the history and culture of Datong ancient city, which is also the most important value of the Datong residential historical and cultural district. Therefore, the style and features of the ancient city of Datong are protected, as well as the development of social economy and the renewal of urban space and urban functions. Both of them need to be established on the basis of the protection and renewal of the two historic and cultural blocks which occupy an important position in the ancient city and the organic continuation of their residential functions. At present, there are some problems in the protection of historical and cultural blocks in China, such as the disconnection between planning and implementation, insufficient public participation and so on. This paper is based on the historical protection, organic renewal, urban catalyst, etc. The research on the theory of public participation and the case study of the protection practice of the similar historical blocks at home and abroad, have a deep understanding of the planning and implementation methods and some key problems in the protection of this kind of historic blocks. In particular, the evolution process of these two blocks in the long history of Datong city development, summarized its current main problems and potential development opportunities, at the same time, adopted the way of field investigation and residents questionnaire, Get first-hand information about the current state of the two blocks. On the basis of the above work, the paper puts forward the overall framework for the protection and implementation of the two historic and cultural blocks, and carries out the planning practice of the protection of the historical and cultural blocks in Datong under this framework. In the planning and implementation of residential historic and cultural blocks, the comprehensive goals of building yard protection, environment promotion, life improvement and social development are achieved through the combination of space planning and policy planning and design.
