【摘要】：房建工程是建筑業(yè)的重要組成部分,工程施工技術(shù)水平直接影響工程質(zhì)量的好壞,但是傳統(tǒng)房建工程施工技術(shù)和管理方法有一定局限性,導致房建工程施工管理水平、生產(chǎn)效率和盈利能力普遍不高。BIM作為建筑業(yè)目前正在大力推廣的新技術(shù),對房建工程施工而言是較重大的一次變革,它利用三維可視化模型就可以對房建工程管理工程項目進行建設(shè),從而有效協(xié)調(diào)多個參與方,在項目的全生命周期管理中都可起到積極的作用。本文首先闡述了在房建工程施工過程中,采用傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)在施工平面布置、施工質(zhì)量管理、施工安全管理及施工進度管理四個方面存在主要問題,并簡要的分析存在這些問題的主要原因。其次較詳細從上述四個方面介紹了BIM在房建工程中如何應用及應用BIM技術(shù)帶來的好處。最后結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)在房建工程應用的實例,簡要描述了該技術(shù)在上述幾方面的應用情況及其產(chǎn)生的效益。希望能夠?qū)⒈菊撐目偨Y(jié)的經(jīng)驗推廣運用于所在公司的其他房建工程施工中去,促進本公司施工管理水平進一步提高,從而提高公司在行業(yè)的競爭力,讓品牌效應為公司創(chuàng)造更大的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。
[Abstract]:Housing construction is an important part of the construction industry, the construction technology level directly affects the quality of the project, but the traditional construction technology and management methods have some limitations, leading to the level of construction management. Production efficiency and profitability are generally low. BIM, as a new technology that is being vigorously popularized in the construction industry, is a relatively significant change in the construction of housing projects. The 3D visualization model can be used to construct the management project of the housing construction project, which can coordinate many participants effectively and play an active role in the whole life cycle management of the project. In this paper, the main problems in the construction process of house construction are described in four aspects: layout of construction plane, construction quality management, construction safety management and construction schedule management. And briefly analyzes the main reasons for these problems. Secondly, from the above four aspects, the paper introduces how to apply BIM in housing construction and how to use BIM technology to bring benefits. Finally, with the application of BIM technology in housing construction engineering, the application of BIM technology in the above aspects and its benefits are briefly described. It is hoped that the experience summarized in this paper can be applied to the construction of other housing construction projects in our company, so that the construction management level of the company can be further improved, so as to improve the competitiveness of the company in the industry. Let the brand effect for the company to create greater economic and social benefits.
