【摘要】：本文闡述了"農村綜合體"的概念及國內案例,并對其特征內涵進行了分析,從大城市邊緣區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)的主要特征出發(fā),剖析了小城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃建設應用"農村綜合體"理念的可行性,描述了小城鎮(zhèn)"農村綜合體"理念導向下的主要特征,并以江蘇省常州市湟里鎮(zhèn)為例,對小城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃建設中應用"農村綜合體"理念的幾種方式提出了初步設想,包括總體布局、產業(yè)轉型、公共服務配套、城鎮(zhèn)個性培育、原有鄉(xiāng)集鎮(zhèn)的配套完善等。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the concept of "rural complex" and its domestic cases, and analyzes its characteristic connotation, starting from the main characteristics of small towns in the edge of big cities. This paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the concept of "rural complex" in the planning and construction of small towns, describes the main characteristics of the concept of "rural complex" in small towns, and takes Huangli Town, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province as an example. Several ways of applying the concept of "rural complex" in the planning and construction of small towns are put forward, including the overall layout, the industrial transformation, the public service supporting, the cultivation of the individual character of the towns, the perfection of the original township towns and so on.
