裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架Pushover分析

【摘要】:裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的工廠化生產(chǎn)方式簡化了現(xiàn)場施工程序,施工周期短,污染小,推廣這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系符合我國綠色環(huán)保的政策理念。作為一種新型的裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)不僅成功實現(xiàn)了從多層向高層建筑領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,而且其工廠模塊化生產(chǎn)方式充分發(fā)揮了裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢,施工周期被大大縮短。為了更好的推廣這種新型的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,有必要對其抗震性能進行深入研究。本文以某30層裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架為研究對象,運用Pushover分析方法對其進行罕遇地震下的彈塑性分析,分析了該結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的反應(yīng),探討了斜支撐在地震作用下對該結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響。具體如下:(1)介紹了裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架體系的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述抗震設(shè)計理論的發(fā)展進程及基于性能的抗震設(shè)計理論,簡要介紹Pushover分析的國內(nèi)外研究歷史與現(xiàn)狀,還介紹了Pushover分析方法在我國實際工程中的應(yīng)用實例。(2)介紹了Pushover分析的基本原理,包括兩個基本假定、等效單自由度體系的建立及水平側(cè)力加載模式,簡要介紹能力譜方法基本思想,分析了Pushover方法的優(yōu)點。(3)通過對某30層裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架進行模態(tài)分析、反應(yīng)譜分析和Pushover分析,研究該結(jié)構(gòu)的自振特性,探討了該結(jié)構(gòu)地震作用下的變形規(guī)律,并分析了塑性鉸分布和發(fā)展規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明,在7度罕遇地震作用下,裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架最大層間位移角為1/223,小于規(guī)范限制1/50,滿足大震不倒的抗震設(shè)防目標,塑性鉸大部分出現(xiàn)在桁架梁腹桿處,框架柱處于彈性狀態(tài),滿足強柱弱梁的抗震設(shè)計要求,說明該結(jié)構(gòu)具備良好的抗震性能。(4)為研究斜支撐對裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架抗震性能的影響,選取無斜撐鋼框架進行Pushover分析,并與裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點鋼框架分析結(jié)果進行對比,得出斜支撐的布置減小了該結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的變形,其中結(jié)構(gòu)頂點位移減小33.4%~38.1%,結(jié)構(gòu)最大層間位移角減小19.3%~43.1%。
[Abstract]:The factory production mode of prefabricated steel structure simplifies the field construction procedure, the construction period is short, the pollution is small, and the promotion of this structure system is in line with the policy idea of green environmental protection in our country. As a new type of prefabricated steel structure system, the fabricated oblique braced joint steel frame structure has not only successfully realized the development from multi-storey to high-rise building, but also its factory modular production mode has brought into full play the advantages of prefabricated steel structure. The construction cycle has been greatly shortened. In order to popularize this new structural system, it is necessary to study its seismic performance. In this paper, the Pushover analysis method is used to analyze the elastoplastic behavior of a 30-story steel frame with inclined braced joints under rare earthquake, and the response of the structure to earthquake is analyzed. The effect of oblique bracing on the seismic behavior of the structure is discussed. This paper introduces the research status of steel frame system with prefabricated oblique braced joints, expounds the development process of seismic design theory and performance-based seismic design theory, and briefly introduces the research history and present situation of Pushover analysis at home and abroad. This paper also introduces the application of Pushover analysis method in practical engineering in China. It also introduces the basic principle of Pushover analysis, including two basic assumptions, the establishment of equivalent single-degree-of-freedom system and the loading mode of horizontal lateral force. This paper briefly introduces the basic idea of the capability spectrum method, and analyzes the advantages of the Pushover method. Through modal analysis, response spectrum analysis and Pushover analysis of a 30-story steel frame with inclined braced joints, the natural vibration characteristics of the structure are studied. The deformation law of the structure under earthquake is discussed, and the distribution and development law of plastic hinge are analyzed. The results show that under the action of 7 degrees rare earthquake, The maximum interstory displacement angle of the steel frame with assembled oblique braced joints is 1 / 223, which is less than the limit of 1 / 50 of the code limit, and satisfies the seismic fortification target of strong earthquake. Most of the plastic hinges appear at the web of the truss beam, and the frame columns are in an elastic state. In order to study the influence of oblique bracing on the seismic behavior of steel frame with assembled inclined braced joints, the Pushover analysis is carried out on the steel frame without inclined bracing, which meets the requirements of seismic design of strong column and weak beam, and shows that the structure has good seismic performance. Compared with the analysis results of fabricated steel frame with inclined bracing joint, it is concluded that the arrangement of inclined bracing reduces the deformation of the structure under earthquake action, in which the top displacement of the structure is reduced by 33.4 / 38.1 and the maximum interstory displacement angle of the structure is reduced by 19.3and 43.1.
