硬化砂漿中水泥含量試驗制樣方法探討

【摘要】:為探索處理硬化砂漿試樣的方法,使水泥含量測定結(jié)果更接近真實值,首先成型不同粉煤灰摻量的砂漿試樣,在砂漿試樣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)到一定齡期后,基于硬化膠凝材料中結(jié)合水的損失過程,利用Ca O測定法研究不同的試樣處理方法對硬化砂漿中水泥含量測定結(jié)果的影響,得到處理硬化砂漿試樣的方法:即無水乙醇終止水化后,60℃鼓風(fēng)烘干,然后以10℃/min的速度由室溫升到(520±10)℃,保持1 h,并且通過實驗證明結(jié)合水含量是影響硬化砂漿中水泥含量測定結(jié)果的關(guān)鍵因素之一。采用該方法處理后,不同齡期相同膠凝材料含量和同一齡期不同粉煤灰摻量硬化砂漿中水泥含量測定結(jié)果的相對誤差都在±5%以內(nèi)。
