【摘要】：分析了某地下室上浮的原因及其構(gòu)件的破壞機(jī)理,采取地下室底板增設(shè)預(yù)應(yīng)力巖石錨桿等補(bǔ)救措施,并從實(shí)際施工和工程造價(jià)上優(yōu)化抗浮措施的細(xì)部節(jié)點(diǎn),多快好省地解決了此次工程事故,使工程得以順利交付使用。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes on the reasons for the rise of a basement and the failure mechanism of its members, takes remedial measures such as adding prestressed rock anchor rods to the basement floor, and optimizes the detailed joints of the anti-floating measures in terms of actual construction and engineering cost. More quickly and economically solved the project accident, so that the project can be delivered smoothly.
