U型鋼板樁墻樁間鎖口摩擦力及其抗彎剛度研究

【摘要】:鋼板樁作為一種新型環(huán)保材料在工程建設領域得到越來越多的重視和應用。作為一種柔性支護結構,鋼板樁具有輕質、高強、隔水性好、施工方便等優(yōu)點。由于U型鋼板樁特殊的構造和鎖口連接方式,在U型鋼板樁實際工作中,樁間鎖口會發(fā)生相對滑移從而使U型鋼板樁組合墻的截面抗彎剛度和強度發(fā)生折減。這導致U型鋼板樁組合墻的實際截面抗彎剛度和強度成為了一個不確定的量,給工程設計中的支護結構的變形計算和強度驗算帶來了難題。本文主要從鋼板樁鎖口間摩擦的角度來探究在以鎖口間摩擦力承擔剪力的情況下,摩擦力對U型鋼板樁墻截面抗彎剛度的影響。本文以U型鋼板樁組合墻一個對稱循環(huán)單位體為研究對象,通過建立鋼板樁截面上的靜力平衡方程和接觸面上的力矩平衡方程來探究樁墻截面抗彎剛度與摩擦作用以及樁墻中單片鋼板樁抗彎剛度之間的關系,研究了U型鋼板樁組合墻截面抗彎剛度的形成機理,得到了樁墻截面抗彎剛度與鎖口摩擦力、截面彎矩的關系。在純彎條件下,通過對樁墻微分單元在鎖口處的變形分析,推導出了樁墻中鋼板樁移軸距離和曲率以及相對滑移量在樁長方向上的變化率的關系。同時,本文通過ABAQUS建模,分析了翼緣側向荷載以及支撐方式對樁墻截面抗彎剛度的影響,從而確定了建模時的加載條件和邊界條件。通過對算例計算結果的分析,說明了鋼板樁移軸距離和樁墻截面抗彎剛度隨荷載非線性增加的過程,得到了樁墻鎖口滑移量及其變化率、曲率和截面抗彎剛度在樁長方向上的分布特征,并進一步分析了樁墻截面抗彎剛度的形成機理。
[Abstract]:As a new type of environmental protection material, steel sheet pile has been paid more and more attention and applied in the field of engineering construction. As a flexible supporting structure, steel sheet pile has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good water insulation and convenient construction. Because of the special structure and locking connection mode of U-shaped steel sheet pile, the relative slippage between piles will occur in the practical work of U-shaped steel sheet pile, which will reduce the bending stiffness and strength of the section of U-shaped steel sheet pile composite wall. As a result, the bending stiffness and strength of the actual section of U-shaped steel sheet pile composite wall become an uncertain quantity, which brings difficulties to the deformation calculation and strength checking calculation of the supporting structure in engineering design. In this paper, from the angle of friction between locking holes of steel sheet pile, the influence of friction force on the bending stiffness of U-shaped steel sheet pile wall is studied. In this paper, a symmetrical circular unit body of U-shaped steel sheet pile composite wall is taken as the research object. By establishing the static equilibrium equation on the steel plate pile section and the moment equilibrium equation on the contact surface, the relationship between the bending stiffness of the pile wall section and friction and the bending stiffness of the single sheet steel plate pile in the pile wall is studied. The forming mechanism of the bending stiffness of U-shaped steel sheet pile composite wall is studied. The relationship between the bending stiffness of pile wall section and the friction force and bending moment of the section of the pile wall is obtained. Under pure bending condition, the relationship between the distance, curvature and relative slip of steel plate pile in the direction of pile length is derived by analyzing the deformation of the differential unit of pile wall at the lock-hole. The relationship between the distance and curvature of the steel plate pile in the pile wall and the relative slip value in the direction of the pile length is derived. At the same time, through ABAQUS modeling, the influence of flange lateral load and bracing mode on the bending stiffness of pile wall section is analyzed, and the loading conditions and boundary conditions are determined. Through the analysis of the calculation results of the numerical examples, the process of nonlinear increase of the axial distance of steel plate pile and the flexural stiffness of the pile wall section with load is explained, and the slip quantity and the change rate of the pile wall lock mouth are obtained. The distribution characteristics of curvature and section bending stiffness in the direction of pile length are analyzed, and the forming mechanism of pile wall cross-section bending stiffness is analyzed.
