基于新舊采光標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差異的建筑能耗分析研究

【摘要】:隨著社會生活和住宅建筑的快速發(fā)展,人們對于室內(nèi)舒適度的要求也越來越高,在建筑中充分利用天然光、創(chuàng)造適宜的天然光環(huán)境具有相當(dāng)重要的現(xiàn)實意義。目前在我國的建筑初步設(shè)計過程中,對于建筑外窗尺寸的確定并沒有確定的方法和公式。由于我國新實施的《建筑采光設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB50033-2013中對于側(cè)面采光評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的修訂使得建筑設(shè)計中外窗尺寸下限與原有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定有所差別,建筑外窗尺寸的改變必然引起建筑能耗的變化,因此僅以設(shè)計經(jīng)驗來確定建筑外窗尺寸具有一定的片面性,F(xiàn)有的建筑光環(huán)境以及建筑節(jié)能方面的研究大多只是以單一的建筑采光評價指標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),并未分析由于采光評價指標(biāo)的改變會對建筑外窗尺寸以及建筑能耗產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響,因此,并不能對建筑性能進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確評價;谝陨蠁栴},本文的研究主要從以下三個方面展開:首先,利用分別建立沈陽、北京、長沙、廣州、昆明這五個城市住宅和辦公建筑各個房間的基本模型,得到基礎(chǔ)建筑各個房間滿足不同側(cè)面采光評價指標(biāo)的窗寬尺寸下限,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析其變化規(guī)律。其次,建立沈陽、北京、長沙、廣州、昆明的辦公和住宅建筑分別滿足不同采光評價指標(biāo)外窗尺寸下限的基礎(chǔ)模型,并模擬其能耗,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析不同外窗尺寸和不同采暖空調(diào)運行方式對建筑能耗的影響。最后,利用正交試驗設(shè)計法得到訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù),建立了住宅建筑外窗尺寸的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)估算模型,該模型可根據(jù)建筑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的尺寸初步估算不同住宅房間滿足采光標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的外窗尺寸下限,對設(shè)計人員在建筑設(shè)計初步階段確定住宅外窗尺寸可提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social life and residential buildings, people have higher and higher requirements for indoor comfort. It is of great practical significance to make full use of natural light and create suitable natural light environment in architecture. At present, there is no definite method and formula for the determination of the outer window size in the preliminary design of buildings in our country. Due to the revision of the side lighting evaluation standard in the newly implemented GB50033-2013, the lower limit of the dimension of the window in the architectural design is different from that of the original standard. The change of building window size will inevitably lead to the change of building energy consumption, so it is one-sidedness to determine the outer window size only based on the design experience. Most of the existing researches on building light environment and building energy conservation are based on a single building lighting evaluation index, and do not analyze how the change of lighting evaluation index will affect the building outer window size and building energy consumption. Therefore, the performance of the building can not be accurately evaluated. Based on the above problems, the research of this paper is mainly carried out in the following three aspects: firstly, the basic models of each room of residential and office buildings in Shenyang, Beijing, Changsha, Guangzhou and Kunming are established respectively. The lower limit of window width is obtained for each room of the foundation building to meet the evaluation index of different side lighting, and on this basis, the variation law of window width is analyzed. Secondly, the basic models of office and residential buildings in Shenyang, Beijing, Changsha, Guangzhou and Kunming to meet the lower limit of outer window size of different lighting evaluation indexes are established, and their energy consumption is simulated. On this basis, the influence of different outer window size and different heating and air conditioning operation mode on building energy consumption is analyzed. Finally, a BP neural network model for estimating the outer window size of residential buildings is established by using the orthogonal experimental design method to obtain the training data. The model can preliminarily estimate the lower limit of the outer window size of different residential rooms according to the dimensions of the building envelope structure, which can provide a certain reference for the designers to determine the outer window size of the residence in the initial stage of the architectural design.
