【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,工業(yè)建筑在建筑業(yè)中所占的比例漸漸變大,然而伴隨著日益嚴(yán)重的資源消耗,能源短缺,環(huán)境惡化等問題,發(fā)展綠色工業(yè)建筑成為必然趨勢。為了消除綠色工業(yè)建筑造價認(rèn)識上的誤區(qū),樹立科學(xué)開發(fā)綠色工業(yè)建筑的理念,促進綠色工業(yè)建筑的推廣和發(fā)展,基于全壽命周期造價的綠色工業(yè)建筑項目評價研究顯得尤為重要。本文研究在綠色工業(yè)建筑相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以綠色環(huán)保理念為出發(fā)點,全壽命周期造價理論為指導(dǎo)思想,對不同綠色工業(yè)建筑項目展開評價研究。本文首先對工業(yè)建筑的未來進展情況進行了解,并對國內(nèi)外綠色工業(yè)建筑發(fā)展的總體現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)有的項目評價體系進行分析研究。然后,依據(jù)全壽命周期理論將綠色工業(yè)建筑劃分為五個階段,并根據(jù)各階段造價構(gòu)成,分析影響造價的因素。通過專家問卷調(diào)查和主成分分析法抽取、總結(jié)、概括出七大主要影響因素,從而構(gòu)建出基于全壽命周期造價的綠色工業(yè)建筑項目評價體系。最后,運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)投影評價方法對不同綠色工業(yè)建筑項目實例進行評價,驗證本文構(gòu)建的評價體系的有效性和可行性。本文構(gòu)建的項目評價體系是針對不同綠色工業(yè)建筑項目之間的評價,其主要目的在于幫助工業(yè)建筑企業(yè)在面對眾多投資方案時,選擇最佳的項目方案,做出最正確的項目決策。與此同時,評價體系根據(jù)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和客觀資料以量化的形式表現(xiàn)出工業(yè)建筑項目在綠色評價中的好壞;為工業(yè)建筑工程決策、設(shè)計、建設(shè)、運營維護及改造利用提供更好的數(shù)據(jù)參考;簡明直觀地揭示在全壽命周期中對工程造價影響最大的因素;決策企業(yè)、建設(shè)方或參與綠色工業(yè)建筑的各方可作出正確的投資、設(shè)計或管理決策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern industry, the proportion of industrial buildings in the construction industry has gradually become larger. However, with the increasingly serious resource consumption, energy shortage, environmental deterioration and other problems, the development of green industrial buildings has become an inevitable trend. In order to eliminate the misunderstandings of the cost of green industrial buildings, set up the idea of developing green industrial buildings scientifically, and promote the promotion and development of green industrial buildings, It is very important to evaluate the green industrial building project based on the whole life cycle cost. Based on the related theories of green industrial buildings, this paper studies the evaluation of different green industrial construction projects with the concept of green environmental protection as the starting point and the life-cycle cost theory as the guiding ideology. In this paper, the future development of industrial buildings is first understood, and the overall situation of the development of green industrial buildings at home and abroad and the existing project evaluation system are analyzed and studied. Then, the green industrial building is divided into five stages according to the life-cycle theory, and the factors influencing the cost are analyzed according to the cost composition of each stage. By means of expert questionnaire survey and principal component analysis, seven main influencing factors were summarized, and the evaluation system of green industrial building project based on life-cycle cost was constructed. Finally, the grey relational projection evaluation method is used to evaluate the different green industrial construction projects, which verifies the validity and feasibility of the evaluation system constructed in this paper. The project evaluation system constructed in this paper is aimed at the evaluation of different green industrial construction projects. The main purpose of this system is to help industrial construction enterprises choose the best project plan and make the most correct project decision in the face of many investment plans. At the same time, according to the statistical data and objective information, the evaluation system shows the quality of the industrial construction project in the green evaluation in the form of quantification. Provide better data reference for operation, maintenance and modification, reveal the factors that have the greatest impact on the construction cost in the whole life cycle, and make the right investment by the decision making enterprise, the constructor, or the parties involved in the green industrial building, Design or manage decisions.
