基于降階均勻化理論的混凝土雙尺度力學(xué)性能分析

【摘要】:混凝土材料細(xì)觀特性對(duì)宏觀力學(xué)性能有著重要影響。為進(jìn)一步分析混凝土細(xì)觀特性對(duì)宏觀力學(xué)行為的影響規(guī)律,將混凝土材料簡(jiǎn)化為由骨料、砂漿和界面三相組成,編制了隨機(jī)凸多面體骨料生成、投放和網(wǎng)格剖分算法,建立可用于有限元計(jì)算的滿足級(jí)配要求的隨機(jī)細(xì)觀模型。針對(duì)直接使用細(xì)觀力學(xué)模型計(jì)算量較大的問(wèn)題,采用降階均勻化理論,對(duì)混凝土細(xì)觀胞元模型進(jìn)行預(yù)處理并編制了相應(yīng)的雙尺度計(jì)算程序。對(duì)不同強(qiáng)度混凝土進(jìn)行了單軸靜態(tài)壓縮雙尺度計(jì)算,與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和細(xì)觀力學(xué)模擬結(jié)果符合較好。研究表明,降階均勻化理論在加快求解速度的同時(shí)具有較高的精度,可以用于混凝土的多尺度力學(xué)性能分析。
[Abstract]:The meso-properties of concrete have an important effect on the macro-mechanical properties. In order to further analyze the influence of concrete meso characteristics on macroscopic mechanical behavior, the concrete material is simplified into three phases composed of aggregate, mortar and interface, and an algorithm for generating, dropping and mesh generation of random convex polyhedron aggregate is developed. A stochastic mesoscopic model, which can be used for finite element calculation, is established to meet the requirements of gradation. In order to solve the problem of large amount of calculation by using the meso-mechanical model directly, the reduced order homogenization theory is used to preprocess the meso-cellular model of concrete and the corresponding two-scale calculation program is compiled. The uniaxial static compression biaxial calculation of concrete with different strength is carried out, which is in good agreement with the experimental data and the results of meso-mechanical simulation. The results show that the reduced order homogenization theory has high accuracy and can be used to analyze the multi-scale mechanical properties of concrete.
