【摘要】：“百年大計,質(zhì)量第一”,是我國建筑工程行業(yè)一直堅持和努力的方向。確保工程建設的質(zhì)量,是工程設計、施工、監(jiān)理過程中永恒的主題。工程質(zhì)量的好壞關系到人民生命財產(chǎn)的安全,同時也直接影響到工程項目的投資和工程施工成本的高低。而加強建筑工程質(zhì)量管理,其關鍵就是要加強建筑工程質(zhì)量控制。近年來,我國建筑工程質(zhì)量水平不斷攀升。但就一般的工業(yè)與民用建筑工程、基礎工程而言,質(zhì)量問題比較多。由于建筑工程的使用期限比較長,一旦存在質(zhì)量問題或隱患,其所帶來的后果,往往比其他產(chǎn)品更為直接和嚴重。這就需要進一步加強建筑工程質(zhì)量的管理與控制,構建科學高效的質(zhì)量控制體系,從根本上保證工程質(zhì)量。因此,研究如何運用先進的質(zhì)量管理和控制方法來確保工程項目質(zhì)量有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文基于文獻分析法、案例分析法及實證分析法,以天津市第五中心醫(yī)院門急診樓建設項目為對象,分析項目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀、項目質(zhì)量管理評價,制定項目質(zhì)量管理措施,實現(xiàn)本文研究的理論意義及現(xiàn)實借鑒意義。首先,本文首先簡單描述了工程建設項目質(zhì)量管理研究緒論,扼要概括了本文的研究背景和研究對象。分析項目質(zhì)量管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,對項目質(zhì)量管理理論進行梳理與分析。其次,以天津市第五中心醫(yī)院門急診樓建設項目質(zhì)量管理問題為研究對象,對工程選址、概況、項目建設內(nèi)容及規(guī)模進行分析,同時探究項目質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀,項目質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)存的問題。再者,本文對天津市第五中心醫(yī)院門急診樓建設項目質(zhì)量管理進行實證分析,通過對項目質(zhì)量管理進行評價,建立項目質(zhì)量管理的動態(tài)管理措施,分析項目質(zhì)量管理產(chǎn)生偏差的原因,制定項目質(zhì)量管理的糾偏措施。最后,針對天津市第五中心醫(yī)院門急診樓建設項目質(zhì)量管理的分析,立足于質(zhì)量管理的理論基礎,制定出合理的整改方案,基于全面質(zhì)量管理的思想,針對項目質(zhì)量管理的各個階段,制定出適合天津市第五中心醫(yī)院門急診樓建設項目二期建設工程質(zhì)量管理措施,為保證項目質(zhì)量監(jiān)管提供保障,以促進工程的順利開展。
[Abstract]:"100 years plan, quality first", is our country's construction engineering industry has been adhering to and the direction of efforts. Ensuring the quality of engineering construction is the eternal theme in the process of engineering design, construction and supervision. The quality of the project relates to the safety of the people's life and property, and also directly affects the investment of the project and the construction cost. The key to strengthen the quality management of construction engineering is to strengthen the quality control of construction engineering. In recent years, the quality of construction projects in China has been rising. But the general industrial and civil construction engineering, the foundation engineering, the quality question is many. Because of the long service life of construction engineering, once there are quality problems or hidden dangers, the consequences are often more direct and serious than other products. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the management and control of construction engineering quality, construct a scientific and efficient quality control system, and guarantee the engineering quality fundamentally. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to use advanced quality management and control methods to ensure the quality of engineering projects. Based on literature analysis, case analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the status quo of project quality management, project quality management evaluation, and formulates project quality management measures, taking the construction project of Tianjin Fifth Central Hospital as the object. Realize the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study. First of all, this paper briefly describes the introduction of quality management of engineering construction projects, and summarizes the research background and research object of this paper. The research status of project quality management at home and abroad is analyzed, and the theory of project quality management is analyzed. Secondly, taking the construction project quality management of the fifth central hospital of Tianjin as the research object, this paper analyzes the location, general situation, content and scale of the project, and probes into the present situation of the project quality management. Existing problems in project quality management. Furthermore, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the project quality management of the outpatient and emergency building of the Fifth Central Hospital of Tianjin, and establishes the dynamic management measures of the project quality management through the evaluation of the project quality management. Analyze the causes of deviation in project quality management and formulate corrective measures for project quality management. Finally, according to the analysis of the quality management of the outpatient and emergency building in the fifth central hospital of Tianjin, based on the theoretical basis of the quality management, a reasonable rectification plan is worked out, based on the idea of total quality management. In view of each stage of project quality management, the measures of quality management for the second phase of the construction project of the outpatient and emergency building of Tianjin Fifth Central Hospital are worked out to guarantee the quality supervision of the project and to promote the smooth development of the project.
