銅渣膠凝材料高溫力學(xué)性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:利用工業(yè)固體廢棄物銅渣制備無機(jī)膠凝材料,并對(duì)其膠砂試件的高溫力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。分別制備了普通硅酸鹽水泥-銅渣復(fù)合膠凝體系(CSC-x)和堿激發(fā)銅渣膠凝體系(CSA-x),測(cè)試了常溫及100℃、200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃、1000℃、1200℃高溫作用后的質(zhì)量損失、殘余抗折強(qiáng)度和殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果表明:200℃后,CSA-x體系的質(zhì)量損失率低于CSC-x體系;CSA-x體系表現(xiàn)出較好的耐高溫性能,1200℃高溫作用后CSA-x體系的殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度為常溫時(shí)的3~4倍。
