基于小城鎮(zhèn)交通特征的道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國的城鎮(zhèn)化速度明顯加快,在我國特色城鎮(zhèn)化和國家政策導(dǎo)向的雙層背景下,小城鎮(zhèn)正受到周邊大城市擴(kuò)張的影響,土地利用開發(fā)急功近利,城市發(fā)展不受控制,小城鎮(zhèn)的用地規(guī)模急速膨脹,城鎮(zhèn)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)布局、道路交通系統(tǒng)、市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之間的矛盾日益加重,正朝著不合理的方向發(fā)展。道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)作為小城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃建設(shè)中至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié)是解決小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀問題的關(guān)鍵所在。小城鎮(zhèn)的道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)是一個十分復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)。目前,我國小城鎮(zhèn)的交通現(xiàn)狀混亂,對外對內(nèi)交通系統(tǒng)紊亂,道路通行能力低,交通運(yùn)行環(huán)境差,交通安全等問題也十分突出,路網(wǎng)的容量也往往未達(dá)到飽和度要求。本文結(jié)合交通規(guī)劃和城市規(guī)劃兩個領(lǐng)域,從小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展和區(qū)位入手,對小城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行了大致分類。通過實(shí)地交通調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)出小城鎮(zhèn)道路網(wǎng)存在的諸多問題。在分析道路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合交通系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,從城鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)部和對外兩方面對小城鎮(zhèn)道路網(wǎng)交通需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測分析,并結(jié)合相關(guān)政策對未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。重點(diǎn)論述了小城鎮(zhèn)用地性質(zhì)布局和道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系,從互動機(jī)制中總結(jié)出相互關(guān)系,并試著建立了土地利用布局與交通需求模型、交通可達(dá)性與土地利用價值模型,以數(shù)學(xué)的方法確立了基于用地布局-道路網(wǎng)反饋調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系,提出了一套較為新穎的小城鎮(zhèn)道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法,試圖在用地布局和道路網(wǎng)布局兩者之間尋找一個平衡點(diǎn),獲得一個最優(yōu)的方案。對小城鎮(zhèn)道路網(wǎng)的合理規(guī)模問題進(jìn)行了探索,分析了道路網(wǎng)規(guī)模的影響因素,根據(jù)供需平衡的思想建立道路網(wǎng)供需模型,并進(jìn)行道路網(wǎng)等級結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化。最后,將本文研究的成果應(yīng)用于棗莊市山亭城區(qū)道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計中,并以此來證實(shí)本文提到的相關(guān)方法模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the speed of urbanization in our country has quickened obviously. Under the background of urbanization with characteristics of our country and the guidance of national policies, small towns are being affected by the expansion of the surrounding big cities, land use and development are eager to achieve immediate benefits, and the development of cities is not under control. The scale of small town land expands rapidly, the function structure layout of town, the contradiction between road traffic system and municipal infrastructure is becoming more and more serious, and it is developing in an unreasonable direction. Road network system is the key to solve the current situation of small towns as a crucial link in the planning and construction of small towns. The road network system of small towns is a very complex system. At present, the traffic situation of small towns in our country is chaotic, the external traffic system is disordered, the road capacity is low, the traffic running environment is poor, the traffic safety and so on are very prominent, and the capacity of the road network is often not up to the saturation requirement. Based on the two fields of traffic planning and urban planning, this paper classifies the small towns from the development and location of small towns. Through the field traffic investigation, found and summed up a lot of problems existing in the road network of small towns. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of road network, combining with the law of traffic system development, this paper forecasts and analyzes the traffic demand of small town road network from both the internal and external aspects of the town, and looks forward to the future development with the combination of relevant policies. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the nature of land use and the road network system in small towns, summarizes the mutual relations from the interactive mechanism, and tries to establish the model of land use layout and traffic demand, the model of traffic accessibility and land use value. Based on the feedback regulation relation of land use layout and road network, a new design method of road network system in small towns is proposed in this paper, which tries to find a balance point between land use layout and road network layout. Get an optimal scheme. This paper probes into the reasonable scale of road network in small towns, analyzes on the factors influencing the scale of road network, establishes the supply and demand model of road network according to the thought of balance between supply and demand, and optimizes the grade structure of road network. Finally, the research results of this paper are applied to the planning and design of the road network system in Shanting City, Zaozhuang City, and the feasibility of the relevant method model mentioned in this paper is verified.
