【摘要】：2012年我國城鎮(zhèn)化率達到了52.6%,標志著我國正式進入了“城市時代”,然而與快速城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展相伴生的是顯著的“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象,特別是在城市與鄉(xiāng)村雙重作用下處于快速城鎮(zhèn)化階段的城郊地區(qū)。本文引入西方新馬克思主義城鎮(zhèn)化理論中的空間生產(chǎn)理論,構(gòu)建分析了武漢市城郊地區(qū)“半城鎮(zhèn)化”問題的理論框架,以武漢市城郊的6個遠城區(qū)作為研究對象,在分析總結(jié)其“半城鎮(zhèn)化”的現(xiàn)狀特征的基礎上,從空間生產(chǎn)的角度探究“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象的形成機理,并試圖找到指導武漢市城郊地區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的路徑和對策。本文共分為六章。按照“現(xiàn)狀特征分析—形成機理研究—轉(zhuǎn)型策略提煉”的思路形成了三大板塊。第一部分為武漢市城郊地區(qū)“半城鎮(zhèn)化”特征分析。從用地、空間、產(chǎn)業(yè)、人口和公共服務等方面分析了大城市城郊“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象的特征,并結(jié)合新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展要求,剖析了武漢市城郊“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象的主要問題。第二部分為武漢市城郊“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象的形成機理探討。在空間生產(chǎn)理論的框架下,對武漢市城郊地區(qū)“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象形成的時空情境(空間生產(chǎn)的平臺)、空間生產(chǎn)主體的行為邏輯、空間生產(chǎn)的資本循環(huán)階段特征進行了分析,剖析“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)象的實質(zhì)和形成機理,為研究武漢市城郊地區(qū)向新型城鎮(zhèn)化轉(zhuǎn)型的策略做準備。第三部分為武漢市城郊新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展路徑與策略�；谇拔牡姆治�,從空間生產(chǎn)的平臺轉(zhuǎn)型、空間生產(chǎn)者的角色定位轉(zhuǎn)型、資本循環(huán)階段演進等維度提出了武漢市城郊地區(qū)從“半城鎮(zhèn)化”向新型城鎮(zhèn)化轉(zhuǎn)型的政策層面的策略。同時延續(xù)“半城鎮(zhèn)化”現(xiàn)狀特征分析維度,從用地、空間、產(chǎn)業(yè)、人口和公共服務等方面提出了新型城鎮(zhèn)化的技術(shù)性發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:The urbanization rate of our country reached 52.6% in 2012, which indicates that our country has entered the "urban era" formally. However, the phenomenon of "semi-urbanization" is accompanied by the rapid urbanization. Especially in the urban and rural areas in the stage of rapid urbanization under the dual role. This paper introduces the spatial production theory in the western neo-Marxist urbanization theory, constructs and analyzes the theoretical framework of "semi-urbanization" in the suburbs of Wuhan, and takes six distant urban areas in the suburbs of Wuhan as the research object. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the present situation of "semi-urbanization", this paper probes into the forming mechanism of "semi-urbanization" from the angle of space production, and tries to find out the path and countermeasures to guide the development of new-type urbanization in the suburbs of Wuhan. This paper is divided into six chapters. According to the idea of "current situation characteristic analysis-formation mechanism research-transformation strategy refining", three major plates were formed. The first part is the analysis of the characteristics of semi-urbanization in the suburbs of Wuhan. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the phenomenon of "semi-urbanization" in the suburbs of large cities from the aspects of land, space, industry, population and public services, and analyzes the main problems of the phenomenon of "semi-urbanization" in the suburbs of Wuhan. The second part discusses the formation mechanism of semi-urbanization in the suburbs of Wuhan. Under the framework of space production theory, this paper analyzes the space-time situation (the platform of spatial production, the behavioral logic of the main body of spatial production, the characteristics of capital cycle stage of spatial production) formed by the phenomenon of "semi-urbanization" in suburban areas of Wuhan. This paper analyzes the essence and formation mechanism of the phenomenon of "semi-urbanization" in order to prepare for the study of the strategy of transformation from the suburb of Wuhan to the new type of urbanization. The third part is the development path and strategy of the new urbanization in the suburbs of Wuhan. Based on the previous analysis, this paper puts forward the policy strategies of the transformation from "semi-urbanization" to "new urbanization" in the suburb areas of Wuhan City from the dimensions of the transformation of space production platform, the role orientation of space producers and the evolution of capital cycle stage. At the same time, it continues the analysis dimension of "semi-urbanization", and puts forward the technical development path of new urbanization from the aspects of land use, space, industry, population and public service.
