沿江圩區(qū)局部洼地排澇模數(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)因子分析及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:針對(duì)局部洼地排澇特點(diǎn),以揚(yáng)州江都沿江開發(fā)區(qū)為例,通過(guò)排澇水文分析計(jì)算得到排澇模數(shù)與排澇面積、水面率、調(diào)蓄水深、暴雨重現(xiàn)期4種關(guān)聯(lián)因子之間的關(guān)系,選取典型區(qū)對(duì)局部洼地澇災(zāi)進(jìn)行成因分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出圩區(qū)內(nèi)局部洼地澇災(zāi)的防治措施.結(jié)果表明:排澇面積與排澇模數(shù)的偏相關(guān)系數(shù)為-0.905,相關(guān)性最大;局部洼地排澇面積小,洪水匯流速度快,洪峰徑流模數(shù)和排澇模數(shù)較大;局部洼地區(qū)缺乏小型河網(wǎng)、河流間距過(guò)大、水系布置不合理和采用排澇模數(shù)較低,是澇災(zāi)頻發(fā)的主要原因.以關(guān)聯(lián)因子分析和成因分析為基礎(chǔ),提出了通過(guò)縮小河流間距、增加水面率、充分發(fā)揮河道的調(diào)蓄作用等措施以防治澇災(zāi)的產(chǎn)生,并且提出了符合圩區(qū)局部洼地水情特征的一種排水管網(wǎng)與河道布置模式.
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of local drainage, taking Yangzhou Jiangdu River Development Zone as an example, the relationship between drainage modulus and drainage area, water surface rate, water storage depth and rainstorm recurrence period is obtained by hydrological analysis. Based on the analysis of the causes of local waterlogging in typical areas, the prevention and control measures of local waterlogging in polder areas are put forward. The results show that the partial correlation coefficient between drainage area and drainage modulus is -0.905, the correlation coefficient is the largest, the drainage area of local depression is small, the speed of flood confluence is fast, the Hong Feng runoff modulus and drainage modulus are large, and the small river network is lacking in local depression area. The main reasons for the frequent waterlogging are that the river spacing is too large, the drainage system arrangement is unreasonable and the drainage modulus is low. Based on the analysis of correlation factor and cause of formation, this paper puts forward some measures to prevent waterlogging by reducing the distance between rivers, increasing the water surface rate, giving full play to the regulation and storage of the river, and so on. A drainage pipe network and river course arrangement model which accords with the characteristics of local depressions in polder area is put forward.
