長沙市芙蓉區(qū)地鐵站域地下空間資源利用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,大型城市在向周邊擴張的同時,內(nèi)部也面臨著越來越大的空間壓力。芙蓉區(qū)作為長沙市的中心區(qū)域也面臨同樣的城市發(fā)展問題。怎樣合理有效地開發(fā)利用地下空間資源成為了城市發(fā)展的重要課題。同時,長沙市地鐵建設(shè)也在大力發(fā)展,地鐵2號線的正式開通運營預示了城市將向以地鐵建設(shè)帶動的站點、站域地下空間的開發(fā)利用模式趨勢發(fā)展。但據(jù)對芙蓉區(qū)地鐵2號線的6個地鐵站及周邊進行調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),已建成使用的站點相對來說都較為獨立、功能單一,很少與周邊地下建筑有機結(jié)合形成體系,不利于城市地下空間的整體利用。本文通過收集和整理了國內(nèi)外城市地下空間開發(fā)利用的文獻資料,解析了地下空間學科的相關(guān)理論,對芙蓉區(qū)地下空間利用的影響因素及地下空間利用現(xiàn)狀進行了研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn),芙蓉區(qū)地下空間開發(fā)利用的條件十分有利,且開發(fā)潛力較大。同時,以長沙市地鐵2號線的發(fā)展為契機,將地鐵及周邊地下空間資源開發(fā)利用作為本文的主要研究對象,引入地鐵站域地下空間資源綜合開發(fā)利用的概念,通過對芙蓉區(qū)內(nèi)地鐵2號線6個站點及其周圍區(qū)域的地下空間的建設(shè)情況、功能形式、使用情況等多方面進行了深入的調(diào)查研究,探討了其地下空間在利用形式、開發(fā)深度、法律政策上的不足與問題,提出了相應的解決措施。另外,基于對國內(nèi)外以地鐵為核心點發(fā)展的綜合地下空間利用模式進行詳細學習和借鑒,提出了按功能-場所導向相結(jié)合的分類方法,將芙蓉區(qū)地鐵2號線6個地鐵站域分為綜合交通樞紐型、商業(yè)中心型、大型公建型、商務辦公型及一般普通型6個類型,并在此分類的基礎(chǔ)上試探性的提出了符合芙蓉區(qū)相應地鐵站點特點的綜合開發(fā)利用模式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction, large cities are facing more and more space pressure as they expand to the periphery. Furong District as the center of Changsha City also faces the same urban development problems. How to develop and utilize underground space resources reasonably and effectively has become an important subject of urban development. At the same time, Changsha subway construction is also developing vigorously. The official opening and operation of Metro Line 2 indicates that the city will develop to the station driven by subway construction and the development and utilization mode of underground space in the station area. However, according to the investigation of 6 subway stations in and around Furong District Metro Line 2, it is found that the stations that have been built and used are relatively independent, with a single function, and rarely form a system organically combined with the surrounding underground buildings. It is unfavorable to the whole utilization of urban underground space. By collecting and sorting out the literature about the development and utilization of urban underground space at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the relevant theories of the subject of underground space. The factors affecting the utilization of underground space and the present situation of utilization of underground space in Furong District are studied and analyzed. It is found that the conditions of exploitation and utilization of underground space in Furong District are very favorable and the exploitation potential is great. At the same time, taking the development of Changsha Metro Line 2 as the turning point, taking the development and utilization of subway and its surrounding underground space resources as the main research object of this paper, the concept of comprehensive development and utilization of underground space resources in subway station area is introduced. Through the deep investigation and research on the underground space of 6 stations and its surrounding area of Metro Line 2 in Furong District, this paper makes a thorough investigation and study on the underground space utilization form and development depth, etc. The shortcomings and problems in legal policy, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. In addition, based on the detailed study and reference of the comprehensive underground space utilization mode developed with subway as the core point at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a classification method based on the combination of function and place orientation. The six metro stations of Furong District Metro Line 2 are divided into six types: integrated transportation hub type, commercial center type, large public building type, commercial office type and general type. And on the basis of this classification, a comprehensive development and utilization model is proposed, which accords with the characteristics of the corresponding metro stations in Furong District.
