BIM技術(shù)在大型公建項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,為了改善人居環(huán)境,建筑行業(yè)正在蓬勃發(fā)展。隨著建筑物的工程體量越來越大,施工難度也越來越高。特別是大型公建項(xiàng)目,各種超高、奇特、異型、超大的建筑物逐漸遍布世界各地,傳統(tǒng)的二維設(shè)計(jì)及表達(dá)已無法將建筑物的各項(xiàng)復(fù)雜構(gòu)件以及空間位置完整展現(xiàn),施工過程中難免出現(xiàn)構(gòu)件沖突、體量模糊、材料浪費(fèi)、工序混亂等不可預(yù)估的失誤,BIM技術(shù)的引入勢(shì)在必行。在建筑業(yè),計(jì)劃職能一直是項(xiàng)目管理中的一個(gè)重要因素,現(xiàn)行的二維項(xiàng)目管理模式存在人為的信息割裂問題,不僅嚴(yán)重的影響到建造過程中的項(xiàng)目管理,還會(huì)影響后期建筑物的運(yùn)營(yíng)和維護(hù)。BIM技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)打破了現(xiàn)行二維項(xiàng)目管理方法和工具的局限,在建筑全生命周期內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)管理信息的統(tǒng)一,為項(xiàng)目各參與方橫向和縱向交流提供了知識(shí)和信息的共享,進(jìn)而提高管理效率降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為項(xiàng)目管理者產(chǎn)生效益。本論文通過對(duì)BIM含義、其在工程上的特點(diǎn)和BIM應(yīng)用在建筑行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的研究,分析了現(xiàn)行二維項(xiàng)目管理方法的局限性,提出基于BIM的三維工程項(xiàng)目管理模式,并通過實(shí)際工程的大型公建項(xiàng)目BIM實(shí)施案例,驗(yàn)證了BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于大型公建項(xiàng)目管理的合理性,存在的問題和下一步研究的方向。論文研究成果為BIM技術(shù)在大型公建項(xiàng)目管理中的進(jìn)一步推廣與應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ),對(duì)于BIM技術(shù)在其他大型公建項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用提供借鑒和參考,有一定的理論價(jià)值。論文主要包括以下內(nèi)容:(1)分析BIM的含義及其在工程上的優(yōu)勢(shì),探討了BIM在建筑行業(yè)的定位和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。(2)分析了BIM技術(shù)對(duì)大型公建項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)行管理體系的影響,找出現(xiàn)行項(xiàng)目管理體系存在的問題,并通過對(duì)BIM技術(shù)對(duì)大型公建項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方的影響分析,得出BIM對(duì)大型公建項(xiàng)目管理的價(jià)值。(3)研究了BIM技術(shù)在大型公建項(xiàng)目管理中質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度和成本三個(gè)目標(biāo)的應(yīng)用,肯定了BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)越性。(4)利用BIM技術(shù)建立中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)大廈項(xiàng)目的實(shí)例模型,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在大型公建項(xiàng)目管理中的具體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析,研究BIM技術(shù)在優(yōu)化施工場(chǎng)地布置、三維可視化、圖紙復(fù)核和碰撞檢測(cè)、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)方案和設(shè)施模擬、工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)、綜合管線布置等方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、成本和施工安全等的影響,肯定了BIM技術(shù)對(duì)大型公建項(xiàng)目管理的價(jià)值。本論文得出結(jié)論是:BIM技術(shù)在大型公建項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用,提高了工程質(zhì)量,縮短了工期,節(jié)約了建筑成本,同時(shí)確保了施工的安全。為同類型大型公建項(xiàng)目利用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理提供了思路和過程,具有一定的實(shí)踐價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,有利于BIM技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步推廣和應(yīng)用。但是,利用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行更加科學(xué)合理的項(xiàng)目管理,需要建立在多學(xué)科交叉的基礎(chǔ)上,在計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)、通信、BIM信息化建模技術(shù)、管理理論等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,有待國(guó)內(nèi)、外學(xué)者進(jìn)行深入的研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to improve the living environment, the construction industry is booming. With the increasing volume of buildings, the construction is becoming more and more difficult. In particular, large public construction projects, a variety of ultra-high, strange, unusual, super-large buildings gradually spread around the world, the traditional two-dimensional design and expression can no longer be a complete display of the complex components and spatial location of the building. It is imperative to introduce BIM technology due to unpredictable errors such as component conflict, fuzzy body mass, waste of materials, confusion of working procedure and so on. In the construction industry, the planning function has been an important factor in the project management, the current two-dimensional project management model has the problem of artificial information fragmentation, not only seriously affect the construction process of project management. It will also affect the later building operation and maintenance. BIM technology breaks the limitations of the current two-dimensional project management methods and tools, and realizes the unity of management information in the whole life cycle of the building. It provides the sharing of knowledge and information for horizontal and vertical exchange among the participants of the project, and then improves the management efficiency and reduces the risk, thus producing benefits for the project managers. Based on the study of the meaning of BIM, its characteristics in engineering and the application of BIM in the construction industry, this paper analyzes the limitations of the current two-dimensional project management method, and puts forward a three-dimensional project management model based on BIM. The application of BIM technology in the management of large public construction project is verified by the practical case of large public construction project BIM, and the existing problems and the next research direction are verified. The research results of this paper lay a foundation for the further promotion and application of BIM technology in the management of large-scale public construction projects, and provide reference and reference for the application of BIM technology in other large-scale public construction projects, which has certain theoretical value. This paper mainly includes the following contents: 1) analyzing the meaning of BIM and its advantages in engineering, discussing the positioning and application of BIM in construction industry. (2) analyzing the influence of BIM technology on the current management system of large public construction projects. This paper finds out the problems existing in the current project management system, and through the analysis of the influence of BIM technology on the stakeholders of large-scale public construction project, draws the conclusion that the value of BIM to large-scale public construction project management. (3) the quality of BIM technology in large-scale public construction project management is studied. The application of the three objectives of schedule and cost, the superiority of BIM technology is confirmed. (4) using BIM technology to establish the example model of life insurance building project in China, and the concrete application of BIM technology in the management of large-scale public construction project is analyzed. This paper studies the quality and progress of BIM technology in the aspects of optimizing construction site layout, 3D visualization, drawing review and collision detection, construction site scheme and facility simulation, engineering quantity statistics, comprehensive pipeline layout, etc. The effect of cost and construction safety, etc., affirms the value of BIM technology in the management of large public construction project. The conclusion of this paper is that the application of the BIM technology in the management of large public construction project improves the quality of the project, shortens the construction period, saves the construction cost, and ensures the safety of the construction at the same time. It provides the idea and process for the same type of large-scale public construction project to use BIM technology to manage the project, which has certain practical value and practical significance, and is beneficial to the further popularization and application of BIM technology. However, more scientific and reasonable project management using BIM technology needs to be established on the basis of multi-disciplinary intersection, in many fields, such as computer aided design, communication information modeling technology, management theory and so on. Foreign scholars carry out in-depth research.
