居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中的景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:隨著人民生活水平與審美需求的不斷提高,居民對(duì)居住條件的需求也從對(duì)住宅面積的盲目追求逐步轉(zhuǎn)換為對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)居住環(huán)境品質(zhì)的高度關(guān)注!叭吮局髁x”的回歸和可持續(xù)交通理論的發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)了社會(huì)現(xiàn)階段倡導(dǎo)健康、綠色的慢行交通,慢行系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展成為城市交通發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。居住區(qū)作為居民慢行出行的首要場(chǎng)所,景觀環(huán)境決定著慢行空間品質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣,通過提出居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中的景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法,對(duì)提升居住區(qū)環(huán)境品質(zhì)有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以倫敦格林威治千年村生態(tài)住區(qū)和上海逸仙華庭住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)為例,解讀這些成功案例在構(gòu)建慢行系統(tǒng)景觀環(huán)境中取得的成果,并通過實(shí)地調(diào)研案例分析,歸納出目前我國(guó)居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中的景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)方面所存在的實(shí)際問題。通過分析城市慢行系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的時(shí)代背景,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果和研究動(dòng)態(tài),指出慢行系統(tǒng)中景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的必要性。綜合考慮居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中的景觀環(huán)境各要素,結(jié)合城市規(guī)劃交通學(xué)、環(huán)境行為學(xué)、景觀美學(xué)、需求層次理論,從整體出發(fā)分析慢行行為,慢行者的需求及慢行空間特征與序列,更好的為構(gòu)建慢行系統(tǒng)景觀環(huán)境提供理論依據(jù)。基于對(duì)我國(guó)居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中景觀環(huán)境存在的問題,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論知識(shí)的研究與分析,遵循居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中的景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)原則,系統(tǒng)性地提出慢行空間景觀的優(yōu)化策略,并從道路、綠化、水體、硬質(zhì)鋪裝、景觀小品、服務(wù)設(shè)施、無障礙設(shè)計(jì)七個(gè)方面總結(jié)居住區(qū)慢行系統(tǒng)中的景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)方法,系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的完善居住區(qū)的景觀環(huán)境。最后,結(jié)合漢中市豐輝龍庭園修建性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐研究,驗(yàn)證并應(yīng)用慢行系統(tǒng)景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法。并期待課題的研究對(duì)于居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)有所啟發(fā),對(duì)慢行系統(tǒng)環(huán)境建設(shè)起到更積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and aesthetic demand, the demand of residents' living conditions is gradually converted from the blind pursuit of residential area to the quality of high quality living environment. The return of humanism and the development of sustainable transportation theory reflect the healthy and green traffic of the society at the present stage. The development of slow system has become an important link in the development of urban traffic. As the primary place for the residents to travel slowly, the landscape environment determines the quality of the slow travel space. By putting forward the optimization method of landscape environment design in the slow living area of the residential area, it is of great practical significance to improve the environment quality of the residential area. As an example of the landscape design of the village ecological residential area in the village of dagrinwich, and the landscape design of Shanghai Yat Hua court, this paper explains the achievements of these successful cases in the construction of the landscape environment of the slow line system, and summarizes the actual problems in the landscape design of the slow travel system in the residential area of our country. Analysis of the time background of urban slow down system construction, as well as the research achievements and research trends at home and abroad, points out the necessity of landscape environment design in the slow line system. Considering the various elements of landscape environment in the slow line system of the residential area, it combines urban planning, environmental behavior, landscape aesthetics and demand level theory to analyze slowly from the whole. On the basis of the research and analysis of the landscape environment in the slow travel system in the residential area of our country, according to the research and analysis of the relevant theoretical knowledge, the systematic nature of the landscape environment design principle in the slow travel system of the residential area is systematic. The optimization strategy of slow space landscape is put forward, and from seven aspects of road, greening, water body, hard paving, landscape sketches, service facilities, and barrier free design, the landscape environment design method in the slow line system of residential area is summarized, and the landscape environment of residential area is perfected scientifically. Finally, the detailed planning of the Feng Huilong garden in Hanzhoung is combined with the detailed planning. Carry on the project practice research, verify and apply the design optimization method of the slow line system landscape environment, and expect the research of the project to enlighten the landscape design of the residential area, and play a more active role in the environment construction of the slow line system.
