雙矩管裝配式防屈曲支撐螺栓設(shè)計(jì)理論研究

【摘要】:裝配式防屈曲支撐的外圍約束構(gòu)件主要通過高強(qiáng)螺栓連接形成整體,螺栓的布置及直徑選取直接關(guān)系到外圍構(gòu)件是否能有效約束內(nèi)核構(gòu)件的側(cè)向變形。為此,該文在雙矩管裝配式防屈曲支撐外圍約束構(gòu)件剛度取值及其設(shè)計(jì)方法較完善的前提下,通過考慮外圍約束構(gòu)件的螺栓布置間距、內(nèi)核多波變形波長以及因外圍約束構(gòu)件板件局部變形引起的撬力影響來確定跨中螺栓內(nèi)力;此外,還提出了端部螺栓的內(nèi)力計(jì)算公式及端部螺栓加強(qiáng)方案,完善了雙矩管裝配式防屈曲支撐螺栓設(shè)計(jì)理論。
[Abstract]:The peripheral restrained members of prefabricated buckle-resistant braces form a whole through high-strength bolt connections. The arrangement and diameter selection of bolts are directly related to whether the peripheral members can effectively restrain the lateral deformation of the core members. Therefore, on the premise that the stiffness and design method of the external restraint member of the double-moment tube assembly anti-buckling bracing are relatively perfect, the bolt arrangement spacing of the peripheral restrained member is considered in this paper. The internal force of the mid-span bolt is determined by the multi-wave deformation wavelength of the kernel and the influence of the prying force caused by the local deformation of the external restrained member plate, in addition, the formula for calculating the internal force of the end bolt and the reinforcement scheme for the end bolt are also put forward. The design theory of double moment pipe assembly buckling supporting bolt is improved.
