【摘要】：近年來,隨著經濟的發(fā)展,全國機場項目快速發(fā)展,其中機場場道的質量對于確保飛機安全起降有著關鍵作用。水泥混凝土場道被廣泛應用于我國民用機場的飛行區(qū)跑道、滑行道、停機坪,機場水泥混凝土場道在建設過程中會出現(xiàn)一些質量問題,影響場道的使用性能。研究機場場道建設的質量管理問題對于安全工作具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文以實際應用角度出發(fā),以機場場道工程建設項目的質量管理現(xiàn)狀為基礎,以JD國際機場場道工程建設項目為載體,首先介紹項目質量管理的相關知識、方法和工具,然后深入研究分析影響項目的質量因素、項目運行過程的質量控制和項目質量保證體系,通過研究妥善解決施工中出現(xiàn)的質量難題,實現(xiàn)對工程質量的“事前”、“事中”及“事后,,有效控制,提出相應的有效的質量策劃、質量控制和質量保證措施,同時對機場場道質量管理問題進行了分析,尤其是分析施工質量通病,創(chuàng)新施工工藝,提出相應的預防措施,對今后的機場場道質量管理工作起到一定的幫助作用,進一步提升機場施工項目的質量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy, the national airport project develops rapidly, and the quality of airport lane plays a key role in ensuring the safe take-off and landing of aircraft. Cement concrete Yard is widely used in the airfield runway, taxiway, apron and airport cement concrete Yard in our country, which will have some quality problems in the process of construction, which will affect the performance of the airfield. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the quality management of airport yard construction. From the perspective of practical application, based on the present situation of quality management of airport yard engineering construction project, and taking JD international airport field engineering construction project as carrier, this paper first introduces the relevant knowledge, methods and tools of project quality management. Then, the quality factors affecting the project, the quality control during the project operation and the project quality assurance system are deeply studied and analyzed. By studying and properly solving the quality problems in construction, the project quality can be "beforehand" realized. "in the event" and "after the event", effective control is put forward, corresponding effective quality planning, quality control and quality assurance measures are put forward. At the same time, the quality management problems of airport yard are analyzed, especially the common problems of construction quality and innovation of construction technology. The corresponding preventive measures are put forward in order to help the airport yard road quality management in the future and to further improve the quality of airport construction projects.
