【摘要】：隨著全球金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā),我國(guó)的建筑業(yè)受到劇烈的沖擊,有許多的困難要面臨,對(duì)我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展影響非常嚴(yán)重。戰(zhàn)略的設(shè)計(jì)與選擇是企業(yè)最重要的決策,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇的正確與否會(huì)直接影響企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。在當(dāng)今瞬息萬(wàn)變的局勢(shì)下,江西省人杰工業(yè)設(shè)備安裝有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱為人杰)必須積極的采取正確的戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)�！虼嗽诮�(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中,我們應(yīng)該從當(dāng)前的運(yùn)作中,吸收資源和培養(yǎng)能力,加強(qiáng)自己競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升,以此為基礎(chǔ)去進(jìn)行下一階段的戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)企業(yè)面臨營(yíng)運(yùn)問(wèn)題時(shí),更要留心將解決方案局限在作業(yè)層面上,其實(shí)有些作業(yè)層面的問(wèn)題,必須從戰(zhàn)略層面去思考,才能發(fā)掘問(wèn)題的根源。當(dāng)今企業(yè)的發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng),在相當(dāng)?shù)某潭壬媳憩F(xiàn)為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略定位的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),因此制定和執(zhí)行正確精準(zhǔn)的戰(zhàn)略定位,已經(jīng)成為了決定企業(yè)能否立于不敗之地的核心之所在。想要發(fā)展的企業(yè),就一定要選擇正確、明確及適合的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。只有以人為本,合理的規(guī)劃和協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的發(fā)展才會(huì)朝著正確的方向前行。論文研究的主要論點(diǎn)集中在江西省人杰工業(yè)設(shè)備安裝有限公司在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在許多的問(wèn)題,影響了企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。人杰必須針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出有效的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以幫助企業(yè)更好的發(fā)展。以強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)代感結(jié)合自己的親身體驗(yàn),將理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,不泛泛而談也不過(guò)多的渲染。用科學(xué)的方法和親身的經(jīng)歷作為論據(jù),使文章更加具有說(shuō)服力。
[Abstract]:With the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the construction industry of our country has been severely impacted, there are many difficulties to face, and the impact on the development of our construction industry is very serious. The design and choice of strategy is the most important decision of the enterprise. Whether the choice of development strategy is correct or not will directly affect the long-term business performance of the enterprise. In today's rapidly changing situation, Jiangxi Provincial Renjie Industrial equipment installation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Renjie") must actively take the correct strategic action. Therefore, in the process of operation, we should absorb resources and cultivate ability from the current operation, strengthen our competitiveness, and take this as the basis for the next stage of strategic innovation. When enterprises are faced with operational problems, they should pay more attention to limiting the solutions to the problem at the operational level. In fact, some problems at the operational level must be considered from the strategic level in order to discover the root causes of the problems. Nowadays, the development and competition of enterprises, to a certain extent, is the competition of strategic positioning of enterprises. Therefore, making and carrying out correct and accurate strategic positioning has become the core of determining whether enterprises can be in an invincible position. Enterprises that want to develop must choose the correct, clear and suitable enterprise strategy. Only people-oriented, reasonable planning and coordinated development, the development of enterprises will move in the right direction. The main point of this paper is that there are many problems in the development of Jiangxi Renjie Industrial equipment installation Co., Ltd., which affects the development of the enterprise itself. Talents must put forward effective development strategies to help enterprises develop better. With a strong sense of the times combined with their own personal experience, the combination of theory and practice, not generalize or exaggerate too much. With scientific methods and personal experience as an argument to make the article more convincing.
