【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)長(zhǎng)達(dá)十余年的高速發(fā)展期,帶動(dòng)了大規(guī)模的景區(qū)擴(kuò)建、新建的熱潮。但是,隨著大規(guī)模的開發(fā)建設(shè),旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)的生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到了不同程度的破壞。同時(shí)也因?yàn)殡S意開發(fā),導(dǎo)致地區(qū)個(gè)性消失和文化趨同,繼而產(chǎn)生了建筑的地域文化被現(xiàn)代文化所替代等問題,這些都引起了建筑師的廣泛思考。因此如何通過建筑語言使旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)充分體現(xiàn)地方特色就成為了主要的課題。本文以盤錦紅海灘旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目為研究背景,通過分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究出旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)地域性設(shè)計(jì)的思路與方法。針對(duì)紅海灘基地自然環(huán)境特點(diǎn),在小鎮(zhèn)的設(shè)計(jì)中提出了地域性的設(shè)計(jì)原則,并從規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu),群體空間以及建筑風(fēng)貌三個(gè)層次展開論述。首先,文章論述了課題的研究背景、研究目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論以及研究方法與實(shí)踐,并引入地域性的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。以地域性相關(guān)理念為理論依托,以遼濱新城整體規(guī)劃、度假小鎮(zhèn)所處的自然條件、人文環(huán)境和基地環(huán)境為背景,闡述了紅海灘度假小鎮(zhèn)的設(shè)計(jì)原則與目標(biāo)定位,提出了旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)尊重水陸交融環(huán)境,應(yīng)對(duì)北方寒冷氣候,展現(xiàn)地域文化風(fēng)貌三個(gè)方面的要點(diǎn)。其次,深入研究地域環(huán)境以及氣候特點(diǎn),通過方案的構(gòu)思,從規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)生成到群體空間構(gòu)建,形成了一體兩翼的規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)。同時(shí)結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)睾錃夂虻膶傩?以庭院組合形成了主要群體空間模式。打造出以主體為中心,兩翼區(qū)域不斷延伸,既滿足游客度假需求,又能體現(xiàn)地域文化復(fù)合化功能的小鎮(zhèn)空間。最后,對(duì)體現(xiàn)度假小鎮(zhèn)地域性的建筑風(fēng)貌表達(dá)方面進(jìn)行了分析。較為詳細(xì)地闡述了在形態(tài)學(xué)和新地域主義等理論指導(dǎo)下的建筑形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì),建筑色彩選擇以及建筑材料的應(yīng)用。通過對(duì)地域環(huán)境要素的分析、運(yùn)用消隱與融合,抽象與再現(xiàn)、隱喻與象征等手段,并結(jié)合盤錦地方特有的顏色和材料,將紅海灘特有的濕地環(huán)境與蘆葦意象在建筑風(fēng)貌中得到充分的體現(xiàn)。筆者希望通過對(duì)本文的闡述,能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)今后旅游度假小鎮(zhèn)的地域性設(shè)計(jì)研究和實(shí)踐工作帶來一定的參考意義和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the tourist resort town has experienced a period of rapid development for more than ten years, which has led to the large-scale expansion of scenic spots and the upsurge of new construction. However, with the large-scale development and construction, the ecological environment of the tourist resort town has been damaged to varying degrees. At the same time, because of the random development, resulting in the disappearance of regional personality and cultural convergence, and then the regional culture of architecture was replaced by modern culture and other problems, which caused the architect's extensive thinking. Therefore, how to make the tourist resort town fully reflect the local characteristics through the building language has become the main topic. In this paper, based on the research background of Panjin Red Beach tourist resort town development project, through the analysis of relevant theories and practical experience at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of regional design of tourist resort town are studied. In view of the natural environment characteristic of Red Beach base, this paper puts forward the regional design principle in the design of small town, and discusses from three levels of planning structure, group space and architectural style. First, the paper discusses the research background, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign related theories, research methods and practices, and introduces the concept of regionality to sum up. Based on the regional related concepts, the overall planning of Liaobin New City, the natural conditions of the resort town, the humanistic environment and the base environment, this paper expounds the design principles and objective orientation of the resort town on the Red Beach. The paper puts forward three key points: respecting the environment of land and water blending, dealing with the cold climate in the north and showing the regional cultural features in the tourist resort town. Secondly, the regional environment and climate characteristics are deeply studied. Through the conception of the scheme, from the formation of planning structure to the construction of group space, the planning structure of one body and two wings is formed. At the same time, combined with the attribute of local cold climate, the main group spatial model was formed by courtyard combination. The main body as the center, the two wings of the region continue to extend, not only to meet the needs of tourists on holiday, but also to reflect the function of regional culture complex small town space. Finally, it analyzes the architectural style and features of the resort town. Under the guidance of morphology and neo-regionalism, the design of architectural form, the choice of architectural color and the application of building materials are expounded in detail. Through the analysis of regional environmental elements, the use of hidden and fusion, abstract and reproduction, metaphor and symbolism, combined with Panjin unique colors and materials, The unique wetland environment and Reed image of Red Beach are fully reflected in the architectural features. The author hopes that through the elaboration of this article, it can bring some reference and reference significance to the regional design and practical work of the tourist resort town in the future.
